The views were amazing! The property was very clean and well maintained. When we had an issue with the outside tv and one of the showers, the handyman was there in a flash! We really appreciated that. It was an amazing week with the family! :)

Plan to keep your clothes in luggage, no dresser, back porch in need of repair if raining metal rust falls on the floor from roof, but other than that the place was very nice and we had a great time.

This place was perfect for a multi-family trip with little! It was the perfect walk down to the water. Spacious home with plenty of spots downstairs to get all the sand off. Close distance to restaurants! Carol was super responsive for anything we needed and was a great host!

This is a great house! It's insanely close to the water. The Tiki bar outside is a great gathering place. The seating in the living room is limited, but we really enjoyed the large dinner table. We had a great time!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our beach getaway! The property was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed to truly relax and enjoy our time together.The location was perfect, and the home provided a great atmosphere for spending quality time with friends, relaxing, laughing, and making memories. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived.The host made the entire experience easy and enjoyable, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail that went into making the property welcoming for guests.We had such an amazing time that none of us wanted the trip to end! We left with so many wonderful memories and are already talking about coming back next year. Our stay was great! The beaches of Cape San Blas were beautiful white sand with an abundance of shells. We loved the super short walk to the beach out of the back door. The state park was just a few minutes down the road and was beautiful!Carol was super quick to respond to any questions we had!

A lovely home for our family vacation. The view of the beach was beautiful from all levels. Outdoor entertainment space was great. Small, minor details could use attention: light bulbs out in a few places, kitchen missing a few basic things you would expect, but overall a great home. Beds were very comfortable!

Beachfront Cape San Blas home

The house has everything needed for a week at the beach. The downstairs bar area has everything you need to serve dinner and hang out after spending the day on the beach.

Perfect weekend getaway

We had the best long weekend! The house could not be in a better location and has plenty of room for 12 adults. Carol was readily available to answer any questions/help out during our stay. We hope to stay here again next year!

Great Location - Plenty of Space

The property was very clean and the owners have recently spent a great deal of money remodeling. The views and sounds from the deck was incredible. We had a wonderful time at The Barbie house!

The location of this property is Perfect for a beach get-away. We loved that we just had to walk outside and we were on the beach. Amazing Sunsets. No lugging a wagon in the sand is necessary. We had a fire on the beach with s'mores and enjoyed the star gazing. My son likes to fish, and it was easy for him to go night fishing. We put beverages in the refrigerator in the bar area, which eliminated the need to pack a cooler. The location of the property is like pressing an "Easy" button on all aspects of your beach location.We were all able to sit together at the kitchen table (party of 9). The family room offers enough seating for us, allowing us to have a game night comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, glasses and cooking supplies.The beds were comfortable. We like that each bedroom has its own bathroom. We also prefer the King size beds (3 offered).We rented a Pantoon boat from The Scallop Cove Too. It offers sea life (dolphins, fish, hermit crabs, sting rays, puffer fish, crabs) & prime sea shells. I brought a snorkel & mask. Food Rec: The White Marlin (reservation needed) & Indian Pass Raw Bar (expect a wait, but it has live music), Skully's Low Country Boil. Items to bring: beach chairs, sun shade, 1-2 paper towel rolls, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags (we were given 4), body soap, shampoo, salt/pepper, lighter & laundry soap. They provided dishwashing det, hand soap & dawn dish soap.Pam communication was prompt and offered solutions.

Family beach getaway was awesome!

Property was wonderful. Very well maintained and hosts were available for questions. The pictures and descriptions in vbro were exactly what we found. House so close to the beach and that was such a plus for us. Would definitely rent this house again. Adorable convenient store close by and a cute seafood restaurant. No complaints at all!

Family vacation!

Our family stayed here over spring break and it was the perfect get away! Right on the beach the kids were able to just go back and forth. It was a little harder for our grandma to get around just because of a lot of stairs and the steep slope down to the beach but for the rest of us it was fine. Our air wasn’t working right downstairs and I messaged our host and she was there within 10 minutes and had it fixed immediately. 10/10 would definitely visit again!

“Framily” Vacation

We had an amazing vacation and stay at the Barbie house. The house was clean and the location was perfect. The house was even better than what the pictures show and the tiki bar was a perfect touch. Carol was such a pleasure to work with and was available anytime I had a question or needed something. This was our first time visiting the Cape and we already have our trip booked with Carol for next year! We all agreed this was a PERFECT vacation!

1st Timers to Cape San Blas

Cape San Blas was everything we hoped it would be. And our beachfront House met all of our needs. There were 11 in our group aging from 70 down to 2. The house was great and the ocean front views were spectacular. Phil and Carol are delightful and very responsive to any requests we made. We will definitely return.

Great Thanksgiving Weekend

We enjoyed our stay at the Barbie house. The house was clean and spacious. Check in and out was easy and the owner was responsive to us. It is right on the beach! The only word of caution is that the bunk room is located on the ground floor by itself and it has its own entry door. Not a good place to put small children by themselves, if you’re considering this for a kids room. Overall, very nice.
