Minutes away from downtown ATL and Hartsfield Airport, On-site Parking provided. AGE REQUIREMENT of 25 Years or Older
Guest will have the entire Unit B side to themselves. There is a permanent guest that stays in Unit A side. Unit B does have an eating area, microwave, mini-frig, and Keurig. This unit does not feature a full kitchen set-up, nor does it have a washer and dryer in the unit. However, there is a local laundry mat nearby if those services are needed. This Oasis is suitable for short stays. This unit is also not suitable for children as the unit has very steep stairs to the sleeping quarters. (Cannabis Friendly ), No Cigarettes, No Cigars, No Hookahs, No Black & Mild smoking in the home. This smoking is permitted OUTSIDE ONLY. Please make sure you properly dispose your butts outside home. Damages to ANY furniture, ANY floor, ANY bedding, pillows, tables, counter tops, desk, burnt holes, burnt marks, smoke smells outside of flowers, etc. will automatically incur a damage charge of $350.00. Some of your favorite snacks and drinks are provided if you have a sudden desire for food.
