Relaxing beach condo - 10 min from Bethany Beach

Amenities!!! Cozy second floor 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with sleeper sofa. Sleeps 6. Community amenities include: pool, jacuzzi, golf course, nature walking trails, a fishing pond, basketball, tennis & volleyball courts, pickleball, playground, kayak & boat ramp amongst others. 10 minutes to Bethany beach, close to Delaware state park beaches, easy drive to Rehoboth, Dewey, Lewes, and OCMD. Fully stocked condo. Bring your own personal belongings, fitted bedsheets/pillowcases/towels/toiletries. The condo has a queen and twin bed in each bedroom and a pull out sofa queen in the living room. The eat in kitchen is well equipped for home cooked meals and with a table for four. There is a second table for four in the dining room. The front porch has patio furniture to enjoy the beautiful bay scenery and wildlife. The screened in back deck has chairs to enjoy the views of the wetlands. This is a very quiet community with a lot of amenities, a short drive to the beach, and close to great restaurants and attractions. Community fee amenities include a nine hole par-three golf course with a pro shop. The community pool includes a pool house with restrooms, snack stand, large adult/children pool, jacuzzi, and a separate kiddie pool. The pool area has plenty of tables with umbrellas and lounge chairs. Second floor end unit condo (no elevator.).

Please: No pets, no smoking, no parties, no guests that are not on the booking. We kindly ask to leave all beach chairs, umbrellas etc, golf equipment, and any other outside used items outside of the condo.

Perfect for our needs

We had a great time at this condo, it was the second time we stayed here. It is a quiet neighborhood, but close to stores and restaurants. It is very well maintained and clean. The beds are comfortable. The screened in back deck is perfect, no need to worry about bugs! The beach is a short drive. The pool is great, along with the walking paths and pickleball courts which we enjoyed. We would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay in Bethany Beach

Great spot for our family vacation. Our son was able to fish and there was even a rocking chair in the one bedroom that was greatly appreciated for the little one. We would stay here again!

Private and Quiet Beach Getaway

Cozy and quiet

Its cozy and quiet here. We weren't as close to the water as expected but thats okay. The resort is lovely. We enjoyed the pool and walking paths. Everyone is friendly.

Amazing and welcoming

We stay here with a group of four. It was very spacious and in a nice area. I love scenery, that it is well stocked, kid friendly, items in the fridge, and the games. I loved that it was not far from the beach and the neighborhood has a walking trail to view the property and take in the scenery. Thank you so much once again.

Great Condo

We stayed here during the week of my daughters National Softball tournament so we could be closer to the fields instead of the recommended hotels which are in the congested beach areas. It was the perfect mix for us. We had a slightly shorter commute to the fields and could still head down to some of the beach areas later in the evening after the games. The condo was exceptionally clean. It appears to have been remodeled and was very spacious. Lynda was very responsive prior to and during our stay. We would stay here again.

Peaceful, clean accommodations, just a short drive to Bethany Beach!

This was one of the coziest and cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in. It had everything we needed (besides toilet paper, but I think that may have been unusual. I do recommend bringing a starter roll just in case, especially if traveling a long distance!) The coffee maker uses both ground and k-cup coffee in case that is helpful to know. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. Sitting on either the front balcony or the screened in back porch was relaxing. The screen was perfectly in tact so I was not concerned about bugs, I loved it. The community pool was nice and a short walk or drive from the property. We went on the Bethany Bay nature walk which was a great early start to the day. Definitely plan to start and end at the same location, walking in a loop. The drive to a grocery store, restaurants, shops and the beach was easy and not too bad even with beach traffic. Our host Lynda was very helpful and always quick to respond and answer questions. I appreciated all of the communication and care she takes to keep the property in excellent condition.

Long weekend trip

Place is nice was disappointed because the first bedroom light wasn’t working. I called to let them know and their response was to pull the chain. The problem was there was no change to pull. Spent the whole weekend with no light in the room. No one ever came to fix the issue. Refrigerator had leftover food. I feel as though that should’ve been cleared out. This is the first place that I’ve ever been to with VRBO where linens were not included. I was not expecting this, I could not download her link where it explained it, that linens were not included until it was too late. But when I read the amenities, it did say everything was washed in hot water so I’m trying to figure out what was washed in hot water and sterilize for Covid reasons? So I assume those were the linens, plus one is going “home away from home”.
