Pet friendly, cozy house in West Bethel close to Sunday River and Mt. Abram.

We would like to welcome you to our family-friendly home located in West Bethel, 14 minutes to Sunday River, 5 minutes to downtown Bethel, and 18 minutes to Mt. Abram.

This is the perfect space for a family or small group of friends exploring the Bethel area; whether you are skiing, golfing, hiking, fishing, biking, celebrating a wedding, enjoying the fall foliage, or simply looking for a space to get away, our cozy home awaits you!

Rental includes 2 bedrooms (1 with a queen bed and the other with a set of bunkbeds), full kitchen, living room and 1 bathroom. The house is 750 sq. ft.

Washer and dryer are located in the basement.

Security camera is located outside only.

Boot heating system in the bathroom to dry gear.

On warmer days, enjoy relaxing on the back deck.

There is a small backyard for children to play.

Dogs allowed with pet fee. Please bring your own pet supplies and pick up waste.

Rental includes free parking in driveway.

We are located in a neighborhood with close neighbors, many who are elderly. No parties and maintain quiet hours after ​​10:00 p.m.

We were just there overnight, but this place was just as stated. Very accommodating and we really enjoyed looking at all the ski decor. We would highly recommend this place to anyone, but especially if you’re skiers because they thought of everything.

Easy check-in, and Heather reached out to be sure everything was going well during our stay. We found the perfect quiet base to land during a week of hiking. Bethel is a great littl mountain town! And our dog was comfy, too.

Adorable and super clean ski haus

The rental was perfect for my family of four. It was only a 10 minute drive to Sunday River from the house. The house is also close to downtown Bethel for restaurants. we would stay here again anytime we’re in the area.

Cute cottage, perfect for our stay on our trip. The host was was great in communicating check in information and even offered an early check in as the house was ready. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend!

Wonderful cozy home, great for a family

Great home! Very clean and freshly put together. Good house for a family (our kids are 5 and 7). The bunk room contains lots of board games for kids. Very responsive host. Bethel is a convent launching place for great hiking and swimming. We had excellent food at Le Mu and Gemini Cafe.

Ideal Setup for Ski Trip

Property is very clean, up to date appliances, amenities and very comfortable. Great location. Although I was not staying for a ski trip, I feel this would be a perfect set and location to access Sunday River. Owner was very prompt in responses to a few questions I had. I would certainly stay at this property again. Highly recommend this rental

We rented the house for one night for 6 people during the summer. It was a great small setup and would be even better in the winter (it's all set up for skiing).

Completely Cozy!!

Absolutely the comfiest, coziest, kid friendly place I’ve stayed in awhile. My 6 yr old twins were amazed with the bunk beds, bean bag chairs and all the cool games. We will def stay again!!

Home away from home.

This property far exceeded our expectations. It wasn’t simply immaculate. It was warm, comfortable and like being at our own vacation home. Just minutes from everything, but far enough to be quiet and very private. My son lives in Bethel. I will try to book this property for all of my future visits.
