Este 4 dormitorios (2 abajo y 2. 5 arriba) duerme 12 cómodamente, 14 si saca el sofá cama doble en la habitación extra.
3 (1 baño completo y 2 3/4) hogar ofrece una cocina de concepto abierto, sala de estar y espacio extra arriba con TV.

Es maravilloso para viajes familiares o para parejas. Está a solo 5 minutos del exceso de rd hasta Sunday River, muy cerca del monte. Abram y en el pueblo de Betel.

¡Es tranquilo, actualizado, acogedor pero lo suficientemente espacioso! Para agregar a su relajación hay una nueva bañera de hidromasaje al aire libre para 6 personas.

Hay una lavadora y secadora para su uso. Comuníquese con cualquier pregunta.

The Brook Cottage was a great place to stay for our ski vacation---three of the four of us were skiing at Sunday River. The location was perfect for this. Truly just a short drive to the base of the mountain which made it easy to pick up skiers when some were finished earlier in the day than others. We loved that our dog could be with us too and we eventually found places nearby we could walk him. The kitchen had lots of dishes and flatware so we didn't have to wash after every meal. The driveway was too slick our last day (12/26) so we weren't able to drive up to load our things so moving out took a bit longer than we thought. Our host was kind about our late check out. He also started us off with two cases of bottled water since the sink water hadn't been tested recently. We were able to purchase additional water at the Family Dollar down the road to get us through the rest of our stay. We enjoyed playing the games left in the house and are sorry we didn't get around to using the wood stove. The beds were comfortable. The host was responsive. The position of the light switches took some getting used to!

We booked this for a friend’s group/birthday weekend getaway. The property had everything we needed to accommodate all of us comfortably. Very clean, close to town, and easy to get to. Prompt communication with the host. Would highly recommend this property.

Quiet place in a nice quiet town

We wanted a place where we could visit friends and family and this was right in the middle. The house was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the grill needed to be cleaned so we did that. Joe was great to work with and everything worked.

Loved the location. Quite a nice home. Enjoyed the hot tub. Beautiful kitchen. Wood burning stove was so warm and homey. Really enjoyed our long weekend there.

Family Ski Week at Sunday River

Our family of 4 plus two dogs had a great week staying at this property and skiing Sunday River. The home was cozy and clean with an excellent location. Would stay here again in the future. Could easily stay here with a larger group or two families.

Cutest Cottage

We enjoyed our stay here so much. It was just our family of 4 but could have easily fit 2 families. Cute wood stove, clean and functioning hot tub, cozy living room, big mud room for all of our ski gear! Everything we needed!

Awesome stay!

The house is perfect for a large group! Plenty of beds/bathrooms and everything was super clean! The house has everything you need and the hot tub was such a plus. Location is great for Sunday River!

Great stay for ski weekend

Fantastic property with only a short drive to the mountain and town. We loved the hot tub after a day of skiing and the wood stove. We will be back!

Perfect Ski House

Return visitors here to the Brook Cottage. The updates over the past year are really well done and we all appreciated the fully stocked kitchen with the new appliances! The cottage is the perfect space for our group of 3 couples and some kids; and is about a 10-15 minute drive to South Ridge at Sunday River. Thanks Joe and Jessica!

Maine Trip

Our trip to Maine was amazing and Joe's house was great! Would highly recommend this home for anyone travelling with a family and pets. We brought our Labrador Retriever and he loved it too!

Quaint

Very clean. Old house nicely brought up to date. quiet location. LotS of beds. Kids loved the hot tub. Amenities were perfect! Its our annual labor day weekend trip. We did some golfing, fishing was fantastic, rafting, cliff jumping at frenchmans. Love the Bethel area frrenchmans,. Wgreat time. Love the Bethel area.

Cozy Maine cabin

This was a great stay! Plenty of room for our group. Kitchen was well-equipped, living room was cozy, and the outdoor space was nice. Would definitely come back!

Great cozy house! Exceeded expectations

This place was the best for a ski vacation! It was so cozy and just the right amount of space for our group. The hot tub was very nice and clean. Communication with the host was super easy which made the whole process run super smoothly.

Great Spot Close to Sunday River

We stayed for two nights over a weekend with our friends. It was two families of five and four kids age 8 to 14. The house was perfect with plenty of space. Kitchen was well stocked. And we really appreciated how accommodating and responsive the owner was.

Amazing Family Holiday Stay

We (My family of 4, and in-laws family of 3) stayed at the cottage over New Year's and it was perfect. The photos online do not do the place justice! Everything we could have asked for was provided and the owner was very responsive. My 3 year old daughter wanted to stay there forever. The sleeping arrangement for 2 different families were fantastic as my SIL and her family took the two downstairs bedrooms, and my family took the two upstairs bedrooms. There was even another loft area if needed. Everything was clean, and appliances updated. The location was about a minute from downtown Bethel and not far at all from Sunday River. We will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Point 'em downhill, bub

We loved our stay at the Brook Cottage for an early ski season weekend. Only about a 5 minute drive to South Ridge, it was super easy to access Sunday River. The cottage is spacious and comfortable, and feels like a real ski house. The kitchen was stocked, the hot tub was hot, and the skiing was as good as we could have hoped for. We also went to The Gem to meet Maine's Finest Athlete. Highly recommend Brook Cottage!!

A short getaway

Very rustic and quaint ……. I know typically people wouldn’t vacation here in the summer months but only downfall was no fans or AC upstairs so it got somewhat stuffy upstairs. Luckily with the windows open at night the breeze was cool Enough to make it comfortable. Overall a great stay

Cozy, comfy stay

Perfect location for a group getaway. Lots of space, plenty of beds, and bathrooms (all with their own shower!). Very comfortable and cozy home. Comfortable beds. Incredibly clean hot tub. Very close to all Bethel has to offer. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Wonderful Property - Clean, Roomy, Great Location!

The home was wonderful! Very clean, plenty of room for families and very comfortable. Fantastic location, close to Sunday River, cross-country, walking/biking trails and close to town center. Joe is an amazing host, very communicative, friendly and attentive.

Great house, great location

This is a great house on a cool property. The location is perfect for skiing at Sunday River. The hot tub is really nice to have and the property is beautiful (saw deer) and dog friendly! Great find. It’s big enough to have a much bigger group. I would definitely want to stay there again.

Absolutely worth it…We had a great stay.

Our family stayed at the house from 3/11 -3/14/22 and it was cozy, clean and very comfortable. The kids enjoyed a great weekend of snowboarding and we watched movies at night with the wood stove going. Would highly recommend to anyone. Joe and Michelle. Dighton, Mass.
