Welcome to "Birdie". The cutest, most conveniently located home in the city. From head to toe, Birdie is decked out with all the ingredients for a fun, relaxing Louisville stay.
Occupying the 2nd floor of a beautiful Victorian home, Birdie is walking distance to restaurants and the urban bourbon trail, as well as hospitals and downtown businesses. The location truly can't be beat! Drive or Uber to the Yum center, NULU, Lynn Family Stadium, and the waterfront in no time.
The space
She’s quirky and she’s cute. Plus Birdie has over 1500 square feet and will sleep up to 6. It's the perfect space for business travel, girl time, a bourbon tour stay, or family weekend. Little ones are welcome!
Bedrooms include one king bed, a queen, and a full with a trundle underneath. There is an appointed work from home area, with a desk and high speed wifi for those traveling for work.
The kitchen is fully stocked with glasses for wine night or all the dishes and tools you need for cooking in. You will find coffee, tea, and basic condiments as well.
For traveling healthcare professionals, we are within only a couple miles of the major hospitals downtown
Please note the shower is on the small side. We have stocked the bathroom with soaps, makeup remover, and other toiletries for your convenience.
There is a fenced in back yard, which makes the apartment nice for those traveling with pets. Pets must be approved before arrival.
You will find a very large smart TV in the living room with Youtube TV and access to Netflix and Disney.
Guest access
There is plenty of on street parking, and our place is walkable to many restaurants, bars, and shops.
