Incredible waterfront location for this large 4bedroom home on the sparkling shore of the Caribbean Sea. Walking distance to a nearby beach and the Nature Conservatory's Jacks & Issac's Bay. A wall of windows for water views, year-round trade breezes and the soothing sound of waves from the shoreline below make for a unforgettable stay. Olympic style 50' seaside pool is delightful after a kayak or snorkeling excursion down in front.
One bedroom poolside unit is rented separately.

The base rate has been deliberately set lower, to make it affordable for smaller families to rent the property. However, each guest over 4+ are charged an additional daily fee of $40 per guest, up to a maximum of 10 guests.

You will be renting only the upstairs/main house (Sapala 1) on the property, which sits on a 0.8 acre land, facing the ocean. The pool will be shared with guests staying in the downstairs unit (Sapala 2). This property consists of two units:
* Sapala 1: an upstairs/main unit with 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms, a large open kitchen / living / dining area and a game room on the loft. All bedrooms are of the same size and each has a big bathroom with double vanity sink and an empty closet space with hangers for your use. This unit will be available to your guests during your stay.
* Sapala 2: a downstairs/poolside unit with 1 bedroom/1bathroom, a full kitchen with living / dining area and a stacked washer/dryer unit. This unit will not be accessible to your guests during your stay.
Both the units have separate entrance and are NOT connected to each other from within the units.
