This beautiful and luxurious five bedroom home is located in one of Destin's most premier communities and is just a short stroll from the beautiful sugar white sands.

Upon entering the home you will find modern and upscale amenities that are sure to catch your eye. The main open living area has soaring vaulted ceilings and offers plenty of seating for you and your guests. This living area also features a wall of windows that overlooks the private solarium pool courtyard. The solarium pool sits next to the soaking tub, the outdoor living area that features a wall mounted TV and a Kitchen with a gas grill. It also has a wet bar. The great room includes additional seating for guests and also has a formal dining area. You can also seat more guests at the kitchen island that overlooks a flat screen TV mounted above the stove. The open kitchen features a six burner gas range, double ovens, an ice maker, dishwasher, and a chef's sink too!

The Primary Bedroom includes a full en suite luxury bath with raised double bowl vanity sinks, a soaking tub and a oversized glassed enclosed walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms are also very elegantly appointed with sitting areas and flat screen TVs.

The property also features a bonus apartment with a King Size bed, a pull out couch, and a twin daybed with a twin trundle. It also has a living/dining area and a kitchenette and a full bath.
