Enjoy a relaxing stay at our home on the water. Feed the ducks, catch some fish from shore or enjoy the Florida weather by relaxing on the outdoor patio watching the beautiful Florida sunset. Our house has 3 beautifully decorated rooms to highlight some of Central Florida’s favorite places. There is a Mickey Mouse room and a beach themed room. There is also a game room to make lots of lasting memories with your family. We are located within driving distance of the theme parks & Daytona Beach

Perfect Location

We loved saying at the Lakehouse. Decor was so comfortable, view of the lake was amazing. So relaxing to sit in the screened in porch morning and evening. Host was exceptional,. Highly recommend this property!!!

Fun & Cozy!

Great place for family! The house is gorgeous, comfortable beds and plenty of room to hang out. The kids loved fishing and the screened in porch was perfect for that morning cup of coffee. Close to Sanford, natural springs, great restaurants and Orlando.

This was a great location for staying while visiting with local family and a comfortable and welcoming home to relax in after busy days. Owner is very communicative and quickly responsive to any questions! Highly recommend!

Always a great stay

This is was our second stay and we loved it as we did before. Melissa is a responsive host and goes out of her way to provide “little extras” which we greatly appreciate. Our teens and youngest loved the mini fridge in the Mickey room along with the game room. The water view in the morning is always a treat.

Beautiful home

We were in the area for soccer and this house was way better than a hotel. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the house was very clean! The owner thought of everything! I loved having the washer and drier! The house was located close to everything. Thanks for keeping us comfortable during our stay!

Beautiful and family friendly house!

If anything, the photos didn't do the house and view justice! We had a fantastic time and the location was perfect because it was close to the grand parents and off the beaten path away from the tourist areas. We had a great visit to New Smyrna Beach under an hour away. Fantastic place and very helpful owner.

Very Nice Lake House

This is a beautiful house. Very clean, fashionably decorated and easy to get to. Appliances, amenities, and snacks were top of the line. The house is staged with a lot of warm and friendly decorations which were great for a vacation home. We would definitely come back again!

Just east of all the chaos! A tranquil little neighborhood! Everything easily accessible but sitting on the back porch looking at the water it is hard to believe you are 40 minutes from the family vacation capital! Great host!

Wedding Trip

We traveled to DeBary for our son's wedding. Melissa was great in answering our questions as they came up during our visit. And, she went the "extra" by having a welcome package just for our son's wedding. The home was meticulously clean, and very well stocked. We enjoyed the game room. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks MeIissa for making our stay fantastic.

Great Vacation Spot!

We loved staying at this home in Debary! Very cozy, VERY clean, and such a quiet and peaceful location. We loved spending time on the screened in patio. Morning coffee looking out over the lake with the birds chirping was a highlight. My daughters loved the Mickey room and the game room. Great spot for the kids. The owner was delightful to communicate with and very responsive. The house was centrally located to all of the day trips on our agenda from Sanford to St. Augustine, Daytona and New Smyrna Beach. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Spring break

Melissa was so helpful and available for any questions. She stocked the house with goodies and even had Easter bunny chocolates for my kids. Very nice rental and fun to fish at the pond. Thank you for a great stay!

Loved it!

We loved this house!! It was clean, well equipped, and perfect for children. And being on the lake made it feel so peaceful, even with a 10 month old and three-year-old. Melissa was very responsive if I had a question. It was close to anything that we needed or wanted. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect alternative to hotel stay

Melissa was a wonderful host. The little extras she provided were very much appreciated by my family during a holiday weekend. The kids loved the game room, and the water view was very relaxing. Location makes it easily accessible to major roadways for traveling throughout the area. Will definitely book again when we return back to the area. Thanks Melissa!

My wife and I had an excellent 5 days of solitude. We wanted to get away, do some reading, and relax on the Lanai overlooking a nice lake. We also wandered out to some nice restaurants in the area and visited a park where we took a ride in a kayak, as well as a nice 2 hour boat ride on t. John's river eco tours which was nearby. Melissa our host was very polite, responsive and provided us with all of the information we needed to access the home A week well spent thank you Melissa.

Simply Fantastic

Me and a friend came down for Bikeweek 2025, to catch a Rocket Launch and Kayak with Manatees. The property could not have been better located. Even if going to Orlando it would just be a short drive. The hostess (Melissa) has thought of everything. There was coffee pods already there, a few light snack, a full compliment of toiletries in the master bathroom even firewood and pre-made smote kits. I have rented about a dozen properties on VRBO and this was simply the best I have seen. Knowing what I wanted to accomplish Melissa contacted me via the VRBO app messenger to let me know she had read that Manatees had moved into Silver Springs. I call that great service and a genuine interest in making my stay special. Dibs on this place for Bike week 2026!
