During the colder months, curl up in front of the electric fireplace to watch the latest flick on the home’s Smart TV. During the warmer months, head out to the adjacent upper balcony where you can take in the magical waterfront views and enjoy a meal al fresco. This is an ideal place for your morning coffee or a glass of wine as you plan for or reflect on your day.

The lower level offers a second living room, perfect for when you just can’t agree on what to watch. The formal dining area opens to the lower patio complete with a propane grill and outdoor seating. This level also has a queen bedroom (note, there is no door) and a full bathroom.

Bring your toys from home or rent some in town for a day on the water. The Saugatuck Harbor flows into the Kalamazoo River and out to Lake Michigan. Take part in the holiday cove parties or take a sunset cruise to end the day.

Conveniently located in downtown Saugatuck, Harbor House is within walking distance of all the best restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, bars, and other local attractions. The seasonal Friday Farmers Market is just across the street at the Saugatuck Center for the Arts where you can pick up fresh local produce and handmade goods.

If Lake Michigan is calling your name, take a short drive to our famous Oval Beach or the Saugatuck Dunes State Park where you can enjoy a hike through the dunes on the way out to the water.

For safety reasons, the lower level bedroom does not have a door between the sleeping area and the living area.
