It’s the ideal location to get in your car and go to golf courses, mountain bike trails, Crystal Bridges Museum and much more, but at the same time located in a quiet and delightful neighborhood that is nested by green vegetation, embraced by Lake Rayburn and outlooks to the great outdoor beauty that Bella Vista has to offer.

This townhouse is fully equipped to be your home-away-from-home. The garage fits a compact car and it is available for your use. The kitchen is furnished with all new appliances, granite countertops, tile backsplash and of course, all you need to enjoy coffee each morning on the kitchen table or out on the deck! If you enjoy playing pool, we have you covered. The pool table is conveniently located between the living room and the kitchen so that nobody misses any of the action and family/ friend time.
After biking/walking the local trails or visiting Crystal Bridges Museum, you can relax for a movie night. The living space includes a 60” smart TV with streaming capabilities including Netflix and WiFi.
When the sun sets on your adventure each day, you’ll love unwinding outside on the deck that offers a lounge area with great views to the woodlands and just to the east a glance of Lake Rayburn. It has the perfect exterior space for an evening of stargazing and a glass of wine.
On the main level, the master bedroom offers a king size bed with plenty of natural light. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a smart TV as well. The Third bedroom is very roomy with two twin beds and of course a smart TV. All three bedrooms feature memory-foam mattresses. Please be aware that two bedrooms are on the lower level and are not ADA compliant.

While ‘Alyce GreenView’ feels just the right amount of secluded, you are still only 2 miles away from the amazing Cooper Chapel designed by Architect Fay Jones. 2.7 miles from Tanyard Creek Trail and only 1.4 miles from the Back 40 biking trails. And of course, only a few steps to Lake Rayburn and is home to many outdoor adventures like fishing, fantastic hiking trails, and more. If you’re visiting during the summer, the golfing is fantastic and right around the corner?
Heading to town:
If you want to experience more of the downtown feel for a variety of options for dining, bar-hopping, coffee shops, and various attractions you can travel just 15 minutes (9.5 mi) south to Bentonville, AR. Best known as the birthplace of the Walmart chain and a town full of cultural and culinary attractions,it offers everything from beautiful parks and trails to world-class art and history museums. A visit to the town wouldn't be complete without a stop at the iconic Walmart Museum, and of course it is a MUST to stop by the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art.
