The Space:
Fully renovated 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo in the Spring Valley area conveniently located near shopping centers and restaurants.

Brand new memory foam mattresses and furnitures. Stainless steel appliances. Washer and Dryer in the unit.

Sleeping areas:
Masters bedroom - queen size bed
2nd bedroom - queen size bed

Masters bath - walk in shower
Hallway bath - tub and shower combo

Parking:
1 assigned parking space and plenty of visitors parking. Max 2 cars allowed for this unit.

We are about 10 minutes from the Las Vegas strip, 6 mins away from Palms and Gold Coast casino, and 8 mins away from Chinatown.

Guest Access:
This is a keyless entry with your own 4 digit door code.


Pool and gym access is offered to our guests when it is open. We have no control on operating hours and closure so please keep in mind if these ammenities are closed during your stay, we will not issue a refund or credit. Keep in mind you are booking this airbnb for accommodation not for the community ammenity.

The Neighborhood:
Gated community with a community pool, fitness center, and spa. Short driving distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and strip.

Other Things to Note:
This is an owner managed rental property. Under no circumstances should there be a need to inquire with the HOA manager or security in the complex. Please direct ALL questions to me or my co-host including how and where to access the ammenities. If you cannot abide by this policy, do NOT book.

A note about the Cleaning Fee:

The cleaning fee is to prepare the unit for guest visits, launder towels/linens, replenish supplies, make beds, vacuum and clean the bathroom. Please be enough to put the dishes in the dishwasher and take out the trash. This keeps the place sanitary and will allow us to continue charging a minimal cleaning fee for all of our guests.

TV streaming:

We do not provide cable rather tv streaming only. You must log in to your own Netflix or Hulu account if you wish to use these apps. Otherwise, Sling TV is complimentary.
Lost parking sticker and pool key is a $35 replacement fee.
