Hi, I’m Sara! I’m currently based in Florida but originally from Connecticut, so New Haven will always hold a special place in my heart. That local connection is part of what inspired me to create a stay that feels as comfortable and inviting as home—because, in many ways, it is.
This house was a true labor of love—personally renovated with care, creativity, and a whole lot of YouTube tutorials. From the layout to the finishing touches, I’ve thoughtfully designed each space to help guests feel relaxed, inspired, and well taken care of.
When I’m not hosting, I work as a hospital IT trainer—a role that combines teaching, technology, and the satisfaction of helping others (not unlike hospitality!). Outside of work, I’m happiest exploring new places, spending time outdoors, and tackling hands-on DIY projects—especially the ones that turn everyday spaces into something special.
Whether you're here to explore, recharge, or just pass through, I’m honored to host you and always happy to share local tips to help make your stay truly memorable.

I'm originally from Connecticut, so New Haven has always held a special place in my heart. East Shore, in particular, felt like the perfect blend of peaceful charm and convenience—close to Yale, beaches, parks, and downtown, yet tucked into a quiet, residential neighborhood. I still visit CT often to see family, and I love being able to share this part of the state with guests.

We’ve also added thoughtful touches for kids, remote workers, and long-term stays—so it really feels like a home away from home.
