We have engaged a local cleaning company to ensure your villa is clean and in working order when your arrive. We also have an inspector come in AFTER it is cleaned to make sure it is clean to our standards!

A welcome packet is provided approx. 30 days prior to your arrival date. Included are directions, contact information in case you need to contact us, a Palmetto Dunes Resort map and a list of restaurants/shopping.

Villamare is an oceanfront complex located in the top rated, oceanfront resort of Palmetto Dunes.
The Villamare grounds are landscaped with lush, tropical plantings , curved walkways and water features.

Very clean, well appointed condo with a great view. It was a little noisy and we didn’t get to enjoy sitting on the balconies much because of construction being done right below us, (replacing sidewalks and landscaping) but that was just bad timing and I assume it will all be finished in time for summer season! Would stay here again.

Yes. View was nice. Windows needed cleaning. Construction happening when first arrived but worked around it. Host attentive. Love the area. Nice hot tub and pool. Ok kitchen. Had fun. Thank you.

This condo was exceptional. Very well furnished, kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Views from all windows were great. Beach chairs and umbrella were available. Location great too.

The ocean view from the 5th floor was incredible. Loved the wood floors throughout the condo.

Villamare is a wonderful place to stay. Loved the new pool, with the separate adult serenity pool and hot tub. Took advantage of the remodeled grilling area for family dinner one evening. The proximity to the beach is ideal being close to the pool areas.

Perfect location!

Spacious, clean, bright, comfortable villa. Beautiful view of pool and ocean from windows and balconies. This was my family’s second stay in this villa and we love it! Highly recommend! HHI is our favorite place to vacation- the natural beauty, large beaches, bike riding, shopping and restaurants all make it great!

We absolutely love this condo complex, and this unit is wonderful. Clean, spacious, and a million-dollar view! The pools have all been refurbished and are wonderful. Proximity to the beach can’t be beat. We can’t wait to go back!

Holiday getaway

We had a lovey quiet getaway over the Christmas break. Location is close to Shelter Cove for restaurants and shopping. Condo had a nice view and pleanr of room for us plus my daugher and friend.

Great view and location

While the weather was not what we expected with tropical Debby rolling in, the owner kept us informed and did everything she could to make our stay a good one. When the weather was good, the view was amazing. We loved the serenity adult pool.

Excellent property. Clean, accurate description and great location. Check in process was great- our code did not work initially but the property manager was available right away and reset the code. No negatives and would love to stay here again.

Loved The Place!

Two weeks and we did not want to leave! HHI is best enjoyed staying at the Villamare in Palmetto Dunes Resort. This was our second visit and everything, including the weather, was terrific. We’ll be back!

Great views!

We had a great stay. Good location to beach and restaurants. The view from living room and patios is beautiful. Highly recommend the serenity pool for getting away from the loud family pool. Elevator did go out a couple times, which was okay for us, so if you need the elevator, that could be a problem. Probably won’t be able to come here again because they updated after we reserved it. Guessing we got a deal as the updates were done when we arrived.
