While the location was fine, a bit older than expected,we were somewhat disappointed with the place. There were many cracked tiles and many that squeaked when you stepped on them. A couple of the windows were fogged so you couldn't see out of them. It needed a good dusting. The big vent next to the table was dust covered, the lamps in master bedroom were dust covered and everyone of the portable fans were coated in dust. For those of us with allergies, it was very uncomfortable and really not necessary or good business.Weve never had this type of issue with a VRBO property before.

Great price for a beachfront property!

This property is very clean and perfect for a family of 4-6. It has a great view of the beach from the balcony. In addition, it is on the first floor and is easy access to the beach. Gulf Shores is a quieter, less crowded, and less expensive version of Destin :-).

Such a beautiful condo! There weren’t any pictures of bedrooms on website, but was pleasantly surprised to have 2 bunk beds also. Just a very pretty home, already booked another condo for future stay!

Spring break trip ‘25

Great place to hang our hats while exploring the beach and Gulf Shores!! Being right on the beach, amidst numerous dining options made it a great place. Staying on the first floor made the beach feel more intimate and made it much quicker to get out and enjoy what the area had to offer. Balcony furniture was surprisingly stout and a great place to relax at the start and end of the day. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condominium with us.

Perfect!

It was exactly as described. We were pleased to find plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys available for our enjoyment. The balcony view was second to none. My favorite part was sitting on the balcony for an early morning coffee while watching and listening to the waves come in. It was a dream vacation!

Enjoyed our stay so much

The condo was exactly as pictured. We appreciated the sand toys and beach toys/gear, washer and dryer, and bunk beds in the condo. They also had games and a small ice chest we used to take food/drinks out to the beach since I forgot ours. It was a place very family friendly. It’s one floor up from the ground with excellent views of the beach and pool. Our only issue was when we made the property management aware of something in the stairwell that needed immediate attention and it took almost a full 24 hours for them to get it done. We loved the trip and location was great.

Thank you so much for the kind words—we’re thrilled to hear the condo was a great fit for your family and that you were able to enjoy the little extras like the beach gear, games, and that trusty ice chest! We appreciate you bringing the stairwell issue to our attention during your stay. While building maintenance falls under the responsibility of the Resort HOA, we’re glad they were able to get it resolved—even if it took a bit longer than we all would’ve liked. Your feedback helps us continue to advocate for prompt attention to guest concerns. We’re so glad you loved the trip and the location, and we’d be happy to welcome you back for another beach getaway!

Clearwater D1

Property was as described, only hiccup was the height of one bed, which made it difficult for us older people to use, a stool found in the closet made it much easier to use.

First time gulf shores visitors

No problems with communications. Unit was very roomy and quiet. Elevator was a plus. Parking was good. Nice balcony view, easy access to the beach. The Pool and chairs could use an update. No beach towels were provided which was an inconvenience. Unfortunately the floors were not cleaned in a while. Overall the stay was pleasant . Thanks

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the spacious and quiet unit, the convenience of the elevator, great parking, and the beautiful balcony view with easy beach access. We suggest guests bring along beach towels or visit one of the many supply stores nearby that have plenty of options for beach essentials. We’ll also be sure to pass along your comments about the pool and chairs to the building’s HOA. Maintaining these properties along the Gulf Coast is truly a never-ending task, but we all work hard to ensure our guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay in this beautiful slice of paradise. We’re sorry to hear the floors weren’t up to standard and will review this with our cleaning team to prevent future oversights. Overall, we’re happy you had a pleasant stay, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!

Gorgeous condo!

This little condo was just as pictured. The unit itself was very clean, well decorated, and comfortable—and the management company was extremely accommodating and helpful. The building does need some TLC, but we were pleasantly surprised when walking into the unit. Wish we knew they would not have things like extra trash bags/paper towels/toilet paper so we could have been better prepared.

Family Vac

We stay in this area often. I think your cleaning people need to be checked out. For what we get charged for cleaning fees We had to clean some things ourselves that clearly were seen. The condo was stocked with all the beach items you would need, but unlike other condos we have stayed this one is completely bare of any spices, coffee, zip locks. I get they do not have to provide that stuff. But it's been nice when you go into another condo and you have all that stuff has been and you don't have to go buy. I don't know if maybe that's their policy that their cleaning people wipe out everything, but there is nothing left. So if you are looking to have any type of Cooking spray, spices, coffee filters, there's nothing of that.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and feedback with us. We're so glad to hear that you found the condo well stocked with all the beach necessities. We apologize the housekeeping did not meet your expectations and wish you'd reached out upon arrival so we could have had the opportunity to address any deficiencies right away. We have passed the information along to our housekeeping team to be properly addressed. Regarding kitchen supplies, we aim to maintain clean and clutter-free kitchens for our guests so we do clear the kitchen so you have a fresh space to whip up a gourmet meal. So while we don't provide leftover items like spices, coffee or condiments, we'll consider your feedback and look into how we can better accommodate guest preferences in the future. We appreciate your feedback, and we hope to have the pleasure of hosting your beach getaway again in the future.
