Stunning Marsh & Ocean Views... Freshly renovated in 2023!

Our Santorini cottage has sweeping views of the marsh and Folly River with peeks of the ocean just across the street. Fully remodeled and newly offered as a vacation rental, Santorini Cottage features a new gourmet kitchen, spacious ceramic tile bathrooms, two large covered porches facing ocean and marsh, a large outdoor shower overlooking the marsh, and three comfortable bedrooms each complete with smart televisions, luxury linens, dreamcloud matresses and ceiling fans.

Located on the quiet east end of the island, we are just a short walk to the Morris Island light house and directly across the street from the beach. Sunset views from the rear deck are some of the best anywhere on the island !! As this home is located directly next door to our primary residence, parties involving guests not already sleeping in the home are not allowed.

The house was fantastic. I’ve never seen such a fully equipped kitchen in a rental unit. Location was great with a short walk to public beach access.

Loved our stay!

Beautiful cottage on the quieter end of the beach - which we loved. Equipped with all necessary amenities plus. Lovely furnishings, newly updated. Our favorite was sitting on the back porch and watching the sunset every evening. Truly can’t wait to come back.

Gorgeous Sunset Views and home

The sunsets over the marsh are breathtaking. The home is decorated so well and had extremely comfortable beds. The layout was perfect for our family and we loved that we were just off the beaten path for quieter relaxation. Highly recommend Santorini Cottage.

Beautiful home near the beach

This was our sixth stay in Folly and by far our favorite. The house is amazing - well appointed, great furnishings and incredible views. It felt just like being at home. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time in your beautiful home, the marsh views were spectacular, the kitchen was so well equipped making dinners in fun and easy, and the space was so cozy and comfortable for our family. Beautiful House and Property

I can't say anything negative about the house, property or location. It was all we were hoping for and more. The house is perfectly beach themed decorated, location is right across the street from the beach, the views off the back porch were stunning, especially the sunsets. We walked around the neighborhood quite a bit and this house had one of the best cared for properties in our area. The host Steven was more than accommodating and you can tell Steven and Michael take pride in this property! Don't hesitate to book this charm! Folly Beach was super laid back, great vibe, remined me of Key West days before Cruise Ships could dock there. Can't wait to come back!!

Seriously sublime Santorini cottage

We can't say enough about this charming Folly Beach house. The basics--extremely clean, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds with nice linens, a host that was hospitable and easy to communicate with. Beyond the basics--gorgeous views of the marsh from the back deck; wonderful, peaceful location close to beach access. The house is comfortable but also tasteful and well-decorated. We loved being there, had a wonderful time and can't wait to visit again.

Simply Wonderful!

We have rented many VRBO homes. This is right up there with the best! Layout worked perfectly for our two couples plus an extra bedroom. Incredible view of sunsets over the marsh out the back. Easy walk to the uncrowded beach. So many comfortable conversation spots in the house. Well done!

Beautiful Marsh View

We loved our stay, the house was beautiful and functional and the view of the marsh off the back porch was stunning! The house is very close to the beach access and at the end of the block is a park that leads to a lighthouse! The owners next door were super kind and we’d definitely stay here again!

I am born and raised in Charleston and Michael and I moved to Folly several years ago. Our primary home is located near the end of East Ashley Avenue. Our other Folly rentals include The Daffodil Cottages Compound (Big Daffodil 3br/2bth, Daffodil Wee 1br/1bth and Daffodil Little 1br/1bth) and a cottage in the east end know as Marshmellow 2br/2bth. In downtown Charleston, we have 3 apartments located near our restaurant Stella's, that are available for 30 day furnished rentals as well! If any questions at all about any of these other properties or the area, do not hesitate to reach out. We love Charleston and our island and are always excited to share!

Santorini Cottage is located directly next door to our primary home. Our 2023 renovation included all new flooring, walls, mechanical systems, mini-split AC units in every room, gourmet kitchen, spa bathrooms and all new furniture and bedding.
