Everything was as listed. Was super hot so I’m glad we brought our turbo fan from home with us . Overall was a great place to stay for our anniversary trip and I would recommend it. Was fun to see deer come right up to cabin! Would love to come back for a winter stay .

The view from the cabin was beautiful. Getting to the water was a bit tricky if your older or have ambulation issues. I am 66 and have friebergs syndrome so climbing the hill or the stairs without railings was a challenge. Internet was great.

Paradise. Awesome view, incredible privacy , complete kitchen with everything you need, games galore, very clean, unbelievable supply of chopped wood . An oasis on a clear, clean lake. The water clarity is great. The cabin is up on the hill so it is a scenic adventure to reach the dock . We regretted not having our boat but we had family wedding obligations . Four days was a tease. We can’t wait to return .

Beautiful Turtle Lake Cabin Stay

Turtle Lake is beautiful. Most cabins on the lake are set back from the water and boat traffic was light. The paddle board and kayak were great to have access to and the dock is a beautiful, spacious place to hang out. Our cabin was very peaceful and we had everything we needed.

This cabin is everything we needed for a true north getaway. If you don’t know what that means, you should try it. We watched eagles hunt, as well as watching an eagle landing in a large white oak on the property to stay the night. The property owner is more than helpful and provides everything you need to unplug from thee fray.

Fishing cabin

This is a decent place for a few guys for a week of fishing. I think most women would probably be disappointed with the facilities. It is a tough walk to and from the water and cabin, so it would be very difficult for someone elderly or just out of shape. We had a blast catching small mouth and rock bass and the place was great for a guys week.

Great view and great location

The cabin was not cleaned before we arrived. FILTHY. A member of our group did a thorough cleaning when we arrived. Dirty toilet, sink, shower, and kitchen. Owner informed us days prior that we will need to being our garbage home. For the amount of money we paid per night plus cleaning fee we were disappointed. Also the stairs to the lake are sketchy and risky. No hand rails, very high off the ground multiple flights. We found out later that there's a walking path. Tough for elderly or young families to access the lake. The view from the cabin was gorgeous. The area was peacefull.
