Let this be your home away from home with all the conveniences of a real home (stove, microwave, frig, dish washer, washer, dryer, coffee maker, internet, tv, the works!) where you will have the entire house with private pool, and another community pool & tennis /basketball courts, volleyball court and soccar field. Stay home and enjoy a relaxing day by the pool, bbq with your family, or go out and explore the areas winaries, gold and tennis clubs, spas, and movie threatres. You will be close to all theme parks as well as golf and tennis clubs with easy and afforable access and user fee (google Polo Park East Golf Club, just 3 miles away), restaurants, shopping, hiking and biking trails (google Thousand Trails Orlando).

We had such a wonderful stay! The pool area was the perfect size and I loved how it faced south so we always had sunlight. The house is near everything you need —- restaurants, grocery stores, parks, etc. and Disney is only a 30 minute drive.

Excellent stocking in the kitchen. Home was clean. The weather did not cooperate with the pool, but turning on the heat the day before we got there didn't help either.

Peaceful Stay

Our family had a great experience staying here. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. With a short distance from everything we wanted to do it was the perfect location. The pool was amazing and my daughter swam every chance she got. We will definitely stay here again.

Kati and her family were wonderful guests. They communicated with me and we arraneged fir the use of the outdoor grill. I also heard that the young daughter loved the pool. I’m always happy to receive guests like Kati and her family. Hope they visit again soon!

Great vacation!

Nice and quiet spot for a family

Heated pool was great, especially since it wasn’t an additional charge. Location was quiet and easy to get to our destinations in Orlando. All in all my family was happy with this spot and would stay again.

Nice quiet neighborhood

We wanted a place with a pool for our granddaughter and her friend for her 13th birthday trip. It was perfect after long days at Disney. The location was in a quiet neighborhood with amenities close by. It was a comfortable stay for the four of us.

Great place to stay when visiting Disney

The house was amazing. Just as it was in pictures and listing. Very clean, very quiet neighborhood, and close enough to all the restaurants, Disney, golf courses. The pool and brand new gas grill were the cherry on top. Loved being outside grilling dinner for the family and relaxing in the pool.

I really enjoyed having Roy and his family as guests at this property. They took very good care of the home and appeared to have a memorable time grilling outdoors and enjoying the private pool in the backyard surrounded by trees and blue skies.

Family Stay Near Everything

My family stayed here for five great days! Loved the space to relax and the heated pool was so nice to come back to after a day exploring. All the parks are within a convenient drive and we loved how close we were to Publix, Twistee Treat and many great restaurants. Thanks Rick!

Cozy home in quiet neighborhood

Charming house in Davenport. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property was very clean and well cared for. It was a very nice and relaxing place to come back to after spending all day at the theme parks. I would happily stay again for our next trip back to Orlando.

Relaxing beautiful Florida home

We had a wonderful time. Relaxing home in a quiet neighborhood & even nicer than description. Close drive to local attractions and restaurants etc. The home also had all amenities to make it welcoming.

Quiet Neighborhood near Disneyworld

Great 3 bedroom house near Disneyworld. Host was terrific and very responsive. Even decorated the place for Christmas! Plenty of room and kid-friendly swimming pool. Would highly recommend for a family Disneyworld trip where you also value some quiet time away from the resort.

Wonderful Stay!

This was a fantastic week! The home was clean and fully stocked - like more than any other VRBO we have stayed in. The pool was FANTASTIC! Also, the correspondence with the host was incredible! All around, wonderful home and experience. We will be back!

Davenport House

Great place in Davenport. FL. Very quiet, neighborhood. Convenient location to Clermont to watch our daughter play college softball for the week. House has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The best feature is the pool, which is heated, making it usable day and night.

Great property in nice area

The house is situated in a nice, quiet area but still close to supermarkets and restaurants. Universal and Disney are approx 30-40 min drive. Tampa around 1hr away and so is Kennedy Space center. It has everything you could ask for and we really enjoyed the pool when at home. Enrique did everything to make sure our check-in and stay were as smooth as possible. Good value overall.

Mark and his family were excellent guests. They took care of the property and provided helpful suggestions for some minor repairs. I think they enjoyed their stay and made good use of the pool. Mark, what great timing to have access to a pool just when the temperature hit record highs last week!
