We had a Wonderful stay at Bobs rental in Beacon Hill. The rental was clean and well maintained. Has all amenities you need for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the outdoor patio area and pool, Also loved having the bbq grill in the evenings. Great location, close to Maho Beach. Beach access is available but we do recommend water shoes. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. The villa is clean, spacious and the view is amazing. Robert is a very responsive host. All our concerns were addressed immediately. Would definitely recommend.

Bob is the perfect host and we enjoyed his property. My girls enjoyed walking out on the back deck into the pool everyday. Lots going on in the Maho beach area which is a short walk away. We enjoyed beaches all over the island and Anguilla which was a short boat trip. Watch out for those planes landing overhead on your trip to/from and watching Bob perform on Friday night at The Hole in the Wall bar was a blast. Great location and he has everything there from beach towels to chairs to noodles. Enjoyed our stay & plan to go back.

We had a fabulous week in St. Maarten the first week of June 2026 — the place was spotless, beautifully appointed, and exactly as pictured. Hosts were responsive and welcoming. Everything was perfect, comfortable, and incredibly affordable. Highly recommend this rental for a relaxing, hassle-free stay — we can’t wait to return! Bob was absolutely brilliant to have the foresight to offer a very affordable place in the perfect location at Simpson Bay Area. Not a single issue experienced!

Very happy you enjoyed your stay at Baywatch! I try to keep things in top condition and provide guests with everything they need. The quiet location directly on the beach is loved by my guests. They never complain about the noise from the waves washing up onto the beach! LOL.

We had a wonderful stay at Baywatch! The location is perfect — close to beautiful beaches and great shopping, yet peaceful and relaxing. We loved spending time watching the yachts go by; the view is absolutely magnificent. Being able to swim right out front was such a treat (definitely bring water shoes!). The beds were very comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor space with both sunny and shaded areas to relax throughout the day. We would happily stay here again!

Bob was a great host, the pool and waterfront location were a highlight. Having US tv channels was a nice perk as well as free calling to USA and Canada. Everything was well equipped: kitchen, lots of towels, pool floaties, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Handy having the washer and dryer. Conveniently located to airport, nice neighbourhood.

Our stay at this Caribbean VRBO was absolutely wonderful. The home was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The views were incredible, and being able to relax outside while enjoying the ocean breeze made the trip even more special.The location was perfect, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions while still feeling private and peaceful. The host was very responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and great recommendations for things to do nearby.Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided, and the home truly felt like a relaxing getaway. I booked this place not knowing anything about the island. And after being here almost two weeks and travel all over the island, I was very happy with my pick. Beautiful, clean, peaceful, spacious, walking dog stance (just a few minutes )from Maho beach and wonderful restaurants and cafes . Pool was a hit with my grandchildren and amazing snorkelling just in the front of the house! Highly recommend for anyone!

It was a pleasure hosting your family. Glad to know you got so much use of the pool and the Caribbean Sea-front deck. The location and non- commetial neighborhood is so peaceful, and yet within a 10 to 15 minute walk to just about everything from grocery, restaurants, entertainment, casino and multiple beaches, including Maho Beach to watch planes fly a few yards above the beach.

Wonderful stay!

This is a beautiful property in an excellent location. My family had a great time. The property is clean and convenient with everything we needed included. Seriously considering staying next year for Christmas again!

Family Perfection

Wirh 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, this was perfect for us and our adult children to spend amazing quality time. The pool and view was the cherry on top.

Wonderful host, good location

We used the pool every day and sat outside on the deck to admire the stars at night. Having 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms was great so everyone could spread out.

Awesome house

The house is very cozy. 3 bedrooms and baths, large kitchen and dining area. The best thing is the pool area looking right out to the ocean. A covered patio and cute octagonal pool . There is also beach access below. Lovely location too, easy to get to Maho and Simpson Bay, also the airport.

Our family of four spent a week in St Martin and loved it! Bob's place is beautiful and in a convenient location for exploring around the island. Bob was very responsive and helped with any and all questions that we had. We look forward to visiting again.

Pool was clean, as was the house. Kitchen was very well equipped. The location was perfect, close to a couple restaurants and grocery stores, we were able to easily walk to both. Would stay there again.
