Welcome to The Palms. A newly renovated 4 plex offering 1 bed 1 bath units with a full kitchen. Each unit sleeps 4 comfortably with a new memory foam queen sleeper sofa. This oasis is offering a great outside space. Lounge by the pool, enjoy dinner in the court yard. Gas grills are available. Grab your beach chairs, wagon and umbrellas and head to the white sandy beach only 200 yards away. Less than a mile from time square and blocks from several restaurants and bars that have reopened. House was great. Perfect for a couple just looking to do some beach hopping. Very close to Ft. Myers beach, restaurants, and grocery/liquor stores.Easy drives to Sanibel, Captiva amd Bonita beaches.House was clean and had all needed amenities. Pool was clean with losts of pool chairs and floaties available. The access to chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and wagons to take to the beach was also a huge plus.We would definitely stay here again of we come back to Ft. Myers Beach.

Pefect Stay

We stayed at Majestic Palms over the 4th of July weekend. This unit was absolutely perfect for us! First thing I noticed was how beautiful the interior was. I loved everything and the decor choices. It was beachy but classy. This place was renovated recently and it shows. Everything is new and fresh! The bed was super comfy and the bedding was fresh and felt so soft. The bathroom was just spa like and we loved the shower. Oh and the towels were thick and soft. The kitchen was well appointed and there was ice already waiting for the guests and even some ice cold water bottles were in the fridge. The pool looks betters than the pictures and it must be brand new. Ken, the owner is a great communicator and is very responsive. I cannot wait to come back again! -Lynette and David

Terrific Vacation

I recently stayed at the Majestic Palms house and it blew my expectations. The owner, Ron, was so accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. The pool was exceptionally clean and so convenient being steps from the house. The location was perfect, fort Myers beach is literally right across the street but at the same time the house is tucked back in this quiet little street. House was clean, wagon and beach stuff being provided was super convenient. I’m definitely coming back next year!

Perfect little place

We could not have been happier with this place. Super clean, short walk to quieter part of the beach and a great heated pool to enjoy. Would definitely recommend. The owner was very nice and quick to respond to a few questions.

Beach House Stay

Everything was quite good! Very clean property. It is a 4 plex so thin walls and you can hear your neighbors was the worst part of the experience. Location is a walkable distance to shops and restaurants.

Great location and unit!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at The Palms! So close to the beach, the pool in back was amazing, walking distance to all the action, all the amenities needed in the unit. We will be back!

Great Place!

Beauifully done, and is just like the pictures. Very clean and had everything we needed. Ron was a great host and helped with everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing stay for 2 :)

Unit was comfortable and nicely redone. Spotless. Great mattress. Pool kept at 85 degrees :)Communication with owner was smooth and efficient.Four hour outage of Internet was inconvenient, but Ron assisted to resolve the problem. We enjoyed the closeness to the wonderful Fort Myer Beach!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We booked our last minute trip 5 days before arrival. It was just me, my husband, and our 1 year old daughter. The rental was clean and the house is located on a quiet dead end road. The beach is just a short walk across the street, close enough to come and go as our toddler’s schedule allowed. The breakfast joint across the street is a must try!

Home is a short walk to the beach. I love that it has umbrella and beach chairs on site. This made traveling super easy. Would stay here again!

Perfect...

If I could rate this stay a "10" I would! Unit had been beautifully remodeled, nice inground pool in the back, easy walk to the beach, the owner supplies chairs, towels, an umbrella, a wagon if needed and off-street parking right in front of the unit (huge plus!). What more could you ask for? Great communication with the owner and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for making this break from reality everything I had hoped for!

Fab Fun at FMB

Check-in/out was super easy, Ron met us at the property, the space was exactly what I expected and more. Pool, Shed full of beach gear, interior decor and finishes were great. The distance from the hustle and bustle was close enough to walk and far enough to avoid any nonsense. The neighborhood is still rebuilding so there was some very expected construction nearby. I’m so excited for FMB in the coming months and years as it continues to rebuild. We hope to be back soon.
