Graduation getaway

We traveled here from Texas for a freinds graduation. This little apartment served for exactly what we needed. It was SUPER clean, GREAT water pressure. The mattresses weren't the most comfortable for me...... but I have back problems anyways. Great location and quiet. We'll definitely book here again!!

Memorial Weekend

Easy checkin. Convenient location. Cute and comfortable. I think this is a generational thing, but I would prefer there be a top sheet on the beds. Also leave bedding cluding a blanket or twoor two for the fold out couch.

Items Lacking

My only concern was lack of necessary items. . Although it was listed as accommodating up to 5 individuals there were only 4 plates and only 3 spoons. Also, there was only bottom sheet. No extra blankets were available. There were only 4 towels, 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel. Kitchen had only 1 towel and no wash clothes. We had to go and buy necessary items.

Wonderful stay

Everything was easy and reasonable when our family of 5 stayed for two short night to go to a Chiefs game. Cara was attentive and helped with anything we needed. Towels, blankets, paper towels, toilet paper and even shampoo and conditioner were provided. Blue Springs is a cozy town with lots to do. All in all our stay couldn’t have been better. We were even able to bring our pup along for the stay. Will absolutely be back when we go to another Chiefs game:)

Blue Springs Stay

It was overall a good stay. It had the basics and was a quiet neighborhood. The bathroom tub had conditioner in it and you can tell it hadnt been cleaned and there was a bag of garbage in the middle of the kitchen floor. The rooms were clean and nice.

Sweet little apartment

There was a strong smoke smell, I think coming from neighboring units. The bed sheets had dead bugs, hair etc in them upon arrival so we had to wash them. The kitchen area was very nice and cleanly! The location was very convenient and host was quick to respond and very friendly!

Met and Exceeded Expectations!

We came down to visit on a motorcycle trip. We were worried about being able garage bikes . I contacted the property manager and she gave us access to both garages for myself and friend’s motorcycles. Everything we needed for the weekend was either at the unit, or close by 7hwy in blue springs. All hwys easily accessible within a radius. No complaints! We will be repeat customers in the near future! We plan to be back, with more friends!!

Quiet and comfortable

Cara's place was exactly what we needed for our stay in Kansas City. Beds were comfortable. The location was easy on and off to get to the Convention Center, and her place was clean and had everything we wanted to make our stay enjoyable! I will recommend her place to others who need to stay in Kansas City.

We enjoyed this apartment, very cute and cozy! We had one small issue that was addressed and corrected very quickly. When ever we come back to KC, I would definitely book this property again!!

Nice place.

The whole process was easy. Neighborhood was quiet and close to interstate. Stay here when we went to a Royals game. Easy drive there and back.

Nice kitchen

Very clean property. Kitchen was very pretty. We ran out of a couple items. I texted the owner and she quickly responded and brought us over what we needed. I also left a personal item behind when we checked out. She was kind enough to find it and ship it back to me!

In town for HS Graduation

The place was clean, spacious, and suited our needs. We would stay again. My only suggestion would be to put an iron and ironing board in the house. We had to go out and buy an iron. Maybe a few more dishes too. We did quite a bit of cooking and a few extra plates, bowls, and maybe another pot would have been nice.

Perfect Apartment

Everything about the check-in process was really simple. When I told the host this would be for my mother she was very sweet made sure I understood that the property was up he sent the steps before accepting it so that I could look at other options if I needed to. The apartment style setting is really pretty, accommodating, and comfortable. At checkout I couldn't find which trash bin was to the condo so I ended up having to leave a partial bag of trash next to the freshly lined trash can. The neighborhood turned out to be pretty quiet overnight which was very nice. I would have no trouble recommending this location to someone.

Great location anf rven better hosts!

We are from Kansas City and moved away 6 years ago. We come back once or twice a year for family, friends, and/or holidays. This location was great! Plenty of food and bars near by, 15 minutes from Arrowhead, and 25 minutes from fowntown KC. Not only was the location great, but i believe we were the hosts first short term renters. One would expect there to be an issue and there was. Nothing major, just a bed issue. Issues can be expected occassionally. As a fellow business owner i get this. Issues are more about how they are resolved. They were there in kess than 12 hours to fix the bed! They even ket us use the garage to store our Jeep accessories so that ee could take it apart for the week! Awesome experience! Thanks again!
