Located near beach access, a private swim spa, and only 3 blocks from a gorgeous state park, this stunning home has everything guests need for an unforgettable beach getaway.
The ground floor of this home boasts unique outdoor features, including an outdoor shower, private swim spa, ping pong table, and golf cart to explore the area easily. The community pool and basketball court are also great outdoor spaces to enjoy with friends or family.
Once up the stairs, stepping in from a screened-in porch, guests are greeted by the open-concept kitchen and living room that is perfect for entertaining. Guests may select from 2 guest bedrooms, a primary bedroom, or a bunk room with a twin-over-twin and a twin-over-full bunk bed.
With the ability to explore the area on 4 adult and 2 child bikes, plus the added convenience of a golf cart, Cape Escape is a family-friendly vacation home that offers the best of Cape San Blas.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
*There can be no boats, jet skis, or golf carts in eye sight of this community. Guests must put them in storage, or fit them properly in the garage.
