Perfect size home for families, plenty of space. Location is perfect, just 15 minutes or less to all Disney parks. Price is great as you can't find anything this large on property for this price. Huge private pool was great for the family!

Love the are as we stay at the same resort every time we are in town. I don’t know what got updated at this place everything looked dated, in one of the kids rooms the leg to the bed broke when my 6 year old sat on it. We had two door handles fall off just trying to get in to a bedroom and bathroom, one of the shower handles fell off, the screen on the back deck by the pool had a big hole in it. There was also something in the attic or on the roof that was digging every night. I did send emails and I even tried to call a couple of times and didn’t get a email back or even a call back. Like I said I will stay at this resort again but I will not be staying at this house again

Overall nice vacation home. We had a family of 7 with 4 kids. The rooms were all decorated cute with a Disney theme and all had their own bathrooms. Was spacious so we could all spread out. Kids loved the pool and we loved the spa tub after a long park day. Glad we paid extra for the heat as it does get really hot once you turn it on for a minute, but would be just like warm if not. Very close to animal kingdom and not to far from magic Kingdom. The resort was an added bonus. The kids loved the slides and splash pad and the oversized pool.The property could use a little furnishing updates, but overall did not effect our stay.

Orlando Cheer Competition 2025

This property was perfect for my family to stay in. The children loved coming back to house after competition and bring able to relax and enjoy the pool and jacuzzi and come in and relax. It was like a home away from home which is what we prefer. I would highly recommend this place to everyone I know.

Great Location

Stayed 6 nights with 4 adults and 2 kids. Location is perfect (15 min drive to all Disney parks and 5 min drive to tons of great restaurants). House is as pictured in the listing. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of towels for pool and bathrooms. Really nice having a pool at the house and the kids loved the water slides just 5 min walk down the street. Host usually responds to questions within 10 to 20 hours (that is really our only complaint that he takes a little bit to respond). We would definitely stay here again.

LESS THAN 10mins FROM DISNEY PARKS!

SUPER close to Disney parks, very nice and clean. Loved how every room had its on bathroom! Hot tub was freezing cold and never got warm!!!! Overall I would stay here again and have it flagged for our next visit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying here. It is very comfortable and has everything we needed. It is very close to Disney and to a variety of restaurants and stores. Our first and last night it was quite cold as the thermostat was locked by the owners. The other days we were able to set it to 70. Overall we had a good experience and will stay again.

The size of the house was perfect for our family of 5. we enjoyed the pool in the back in the evenings. the kitchen was adequate for our needs. the bathroom in the master bedroom could use an update (especially the sink). this location is a further drive if you are only doing Universal (took us about 45 min to drive to Universal). if doing Disney the location is spot on. we have stayed in windsor hills multiple times and would stay again.

Disney Squad 2023 Vacation

We were overall very satisfied with this rental. It met all our needs and we loved that eveyone had their own space and bathroom. My nephews loved the game room and pool area - at the house and at the resort. Communication was quick and the house was clean. I was told that the thermostat did not go lower than 72 (it was actually 73), but it didn't stay there. I assume that if no one was there, it returned to 78. I understand the cost, etc., but when coming home from a hot day out, the house was warm. I did greatly appreciate the fans that were available in the bedrooms. The pool area at the house could use an update, but still fine for swimming etc. The resort pool and common is very nice and well cared for and it is a gated community. We had a great time in this location.

Windsor Hills Resort home

The house was clean with plenty of sleeping options. Location good and felt safe. The resort pool was nice and water temp great. We chose this house because of the private pool at the house. We paid the extra fee for pool heat, but it didn’t heat. The pool water was cold. I reached out to the host and was told the heat would get turned up. Still didn’t heat. Communication was slow during the day (business hours). I also called the property manager and never got a return call. I had to ask for a pool heat refund, it was not offered. I did get the refund. I was told I would be updated with information regarding what the pool maintenance person said, still haven’t heard. It was disappointing that we weren’t able to use the pool at night after getting home from a long day at parks. Love Windsor Hills, will come again but will consider renting through a different managing company next time.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After 1st request for a review, I emailed this to the company. After 2nd request for email, I guess they wanted my thoughts to be public. So here it is: The unit is very nice—spacious and comfortable with plenty of room. However, I did encounter a few issues during my stay that I wanted to bring to your attention:I had to make a second call to both the manager and the office regarding the spa heater (and inquiring about a possible credit) before receiving a response.The living room TV has a visible black line through the screen and likely needs to be replaced.Several door stops are missing throughout the unit. These should either be replaced or the baseboard holes filled in for a cleaner look.A few ceiling fan light bulbs are out and need replacing.The ceiling fan chains are too high to reach, making it difficult to adjust the fan speed.The Marvel room bathroom door does not lock, and the latch appears to be installed backwards.In the twin room, the electrical outlet behind the TV dresser is hanging loose from the wall.There is a sign posted above the AC control stating guests are responsible for service calls if the thermostat is set below 73°F. However, the system appears to be pre-programmed or controlled remotely, as it repeatedly dropped to 70°F on its own. I was unable to make adjustments because the system required a 4-digit code, and I could not reach anyone to assist.The shower valve in the queen bedroom is not securely attached and came off when used.

Reviewer Comments: The home itself is nice and clean (5 star), but really disappointed by the pool conditions , It's our 3rd time at his home in the past 6 years. The interior has been refreshed since the last time we came, the negative parts is the pool and deck, the pool was dirty on our arrival, which i cleaned myself. There were NO long chairs as shown in pictures,so no way to laydown and get some sun around the pool. only table chairs in not so good conditions, There is a big hole (rip) in the screen lanai about 1 square foot where creatures can get inside. the pool deck was also very dirty, full of debris that hasn't been cleaned for a while. 2 stars for the pool area.Will not come back or recommend until some improvements are done to the pool area and appropriate furnitures is added.The rating
