Beautiful Cabin in Unbeatable Location

Beautifully appointed cabin in the heart of Pinetop-Lakeside. Directly off the 260 making it easy to access all of what this great mountain town has to offer. Ski sunrise within 30 minutes or walk to some of Pinetops best restaurants in Annie's or Long Wongs with Mountain Thai just a stones throw away. Located right next to rainbow lake with great walking trails and endless parking this cozy cabin provides easy access in/out while next to everything you need in Pinetop-Lakeside.

The space
Cozy one bedroom with a couch in the living space. Tasteful decor with TV and internet access in living room. Two car garage attached (shared with second Unit) that has a wood pellet grill and TV for outdoor/indoor entertaining.
*Please note: the garage entertainment, hot tub, and backyard are all shared with the second unit.

Other things to note
Hot tub usage instructions:
After using the hot tub please make sure to put in one package of chemicals into the hot tub -- if 4 or more people use the hot tub put two packages in. The chemicals are in a bucket on the steps as you climb into the hot tub, there are instructions listed on the bucket, as well. You can get back in immediately after the chemicals have been used, however we do prefer you do this when you are finished using the hot tub that day/night. This makes for a better hot tub experience for you, future guests, and for our maintenance team. Thank you!

Pet owners & lovers: We love offering the opportunity to bring your four legged family but the downside is they can cause damage, so please be aware of the the potential for that. If you have a pet please do your best to monitor their activity while in our home.

Please note in the winter months this mountain town can receive a lot of snow in shorts amount of time. We do suggest a 4x4 vehicle if possible, for your safety in the area.

Guest access
You may use anything within the structure including the backyard and garage! Please note the Can-Am is a separate rental (available from April 1- December 20) and liability waivers must be signed prior to use. Cost for rental is $300/day and $500 for two days.

We had a great stay between the comfortable bed, hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, and living/ dining areas! Everything was clean and orderly, and there were even Christmas decorations :D our favorite nearby amenities were Darbi’s Cafe, Res Devil Pizza, Pinetop Brewing Company, and Pinetop Coffee Roasters!

A great little getaway on the main road

Everything was as described. Great location, quiet considering it’s so close to town. Annie’s Bistro was great and super close walk!

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here! The cabin was perfect for the 2 of us plus or dog. The inside seems recently remodeled and is very nice. It is right off the highway but that didn’t bother us at all. We plan to stay here again!

Nice little place

Just a quick getaway from the city. Found great hiking trails just minutes away. And Silver Creek 25 min away rendered some nice rainbow trout on the fly rod.

July Stay

Overall a cute little place. Cleanliness wasn’t amazing as there were stains on the bed sheets, cobwebs and some of the dishes that we pulled out of the cabinet were dirty. A decent stay for it just being the two of us and location was good.

Great Getaway

Property was well decorated, clean, and welcoming. Great for my wife and I and our dog. Note that there’s another cabin on property with shared hot tub but it still felt very private. The fantastic Bistro at Annie’s is literally steps away and plenty of great hiking within 5-10 minute drive. Our favorite was Woodland Lake trails for hiking and trail running with the dog.

Overview of stay

Overall it was OK. I will say the WiFi was not good as the streaming was constantly buffering when trying to watch TV. Also there were several spiders in the house during our stay. Aside from these two issues it worked for us. The place is clean and centrally located on HWY 270.

Beautiful wooded area

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a wonderful reprieve from the heat of Phoenix! Its rare to find pet friendly short term rentals. Thank you for being dog friendly! It is in a wooded area, so there was some spiderwebs but those are unavoidable with the location. Its close to the lake and the many restaurants in town. We will recommend this listing to friends!

Beautiful and modern

The property was great, clean beautiful. Unfortunately, I didn’t know that we would have neighbors using the hot tub and garage. Somebody open the garage and try to come in to my unit. The neighbors were really loud in the backyard as we were trying to sleep.

Small winter vacation

We arrived at the property and everything in the pictures was accurate, but it was very well furnished very warm, very welcoming and it had everything you needed and I would recommend coming here again. Also, we went up for a snowboarding trip very close by hot tub was perfect after a cold night. The shower was very fancy. It had everything we needed as well and it had a blow dryer for women who need to dry their hair. If they’re going anywhere I didn’t bring mine and I was happy with that area accommodating it again wonderful home. Close by to grocery stores as well as events and restaurants.

Pet friendly central located

The guest book and note from the owner were great right on target. Our small family of two adults and one small dog fit perfectly in the ac accommodations. Full kitchen was perfect for breakfast as a lot of the restaurants open for breakfast are not pet friendly. But those open for lunch were! It was easy to walk to Rainbow lake and the boat ramp. The couch was comfortable as we often napped there. To help for next time the shag carpet needs a good vacuum our dog found all the hidden ‘treats’ and the bed is firm. Thank you again for hosting us!!
