Welcome to Villa Alessandra, a stunning contemporary villa located on the sought-after South Finger of Jolly Harbour on the Western Coast of Antigua and just a 5-minute walk from Jolly Beach, one of Antigua’s most beautiful beaches. It is the perfect vacation rental for couples or families looking to unwind in total comfort and luxury, with all the amenities to help you relax in style.
Our 2-story villa offers breathtaking views over the marina and has just been completely renovated in a modern and contemporary style. Upon entering the villa, you'll step into a spacious open-plan living area that combines the kitchen, dining room, and lounge. The interior is bright and airy, with plenty of natural light streaming in from the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that lead to the covered private patio. The living area is furnished with comfortable, contemporary seating and a large flatscreen TV. The villa is fully air-conditioned.

The kitchen is updated with glossy white cabinets, quartz counter-tops and equipped with all the modern amenities you could need, including brand new stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, a gas stove, and plenty of counter space for meal prep. The dining area is situated near the kitchen and is perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends while taking in the stunning water views. Also, located on the main floor are a half bathroom and a stackable washer and dryer.

Wall-length patio doors open onto a private covered terrace which is the perfect place to watch the boats go past in the morning with a cup of coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. The patio has an outdoor dining table for 6, a brand-new BBQ grill and 2 comfortable sun loungers.

Upstairs, you'll find the two bedrooms, both of which are spacious and well-appointed. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a large closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The screened sliding doors lead onto your own private balcony with spectacular views of the Sleeping Indian.

The second bedroom has two single beds, which can also be combined into a king and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and Air conditioning. A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.

There will be a Tourism Levy Tax at a cost is $5us/ night per person (over the age of 5). We will advise you in your inquiry on the total cost including fees, and add it to Vrbo after confirmation.
There is a welcome binder in the property which you should read on arrival to help you get familiarized with the surrounding, info on the property along with house rules and things to note.

UPON BOOKING: If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourself (ie. work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) and the purpose of your stay.

EARLY CHECK-IN: A guaranteed early check-in can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge, close to arrival.

LATE CHECK OUT: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate the property by 11AM. A guaranteed late check-out can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.

LONGER STAYS: For stays 14 nights and longer, complimentary cleaning may be provided. Details to be confirmed after booking.
