Prepare delicious homemade meals and treats in the well-appointed open kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances, an extensive kitchen island seating six, and a cute coffee corner. The upstairs primary bedroom is an oasis in itself that boasts gorgeous ocean views, direct access to the second-floor deck, a spacious shower, a large soaking tub, a stackable washer/dryer, and a huge walk-in closet. The patio in the backyard features a dining area seating 6 that is perfect for alfresco dining. Enjoy a prime location within walking distance of great dining options, Oceanside City Beach, the Beach Strand and its renowned picturesque pier!

- QUIET HOURS: 9pm - 9am
- NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Strictly enforced.
- THIS HOME IS PET FRIENDLY: There is a $50 pet fee per night, per pet. Up to 2 pet(s) allowed. We only accept dogs. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. Please note that on Airbnb these fees are collected after the booking has been paid and someone from our team will reach out to you to collect the pet fee.
- VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.

PLEASE NOTE!
- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
- There is exterior surveillance camera recording 24/7. The camera is located on the front entrance
- The hot tub is serviced regularly by a professional technician. Fees will apply if the hot tub is left dirty after your departure.
- An EV charger is accessible upon request, featuring a 220V charging option.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.
