Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying at Islands Away. The house was very spacious and clean and provided a great view. The dock was very nice to have if you have a boat. The caretaker was responsive and friendly. There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms - the description on the rental company's website describes it differently and that would've been good to know beforehand. Also, with that many bedrooms / people staying in the house, not everyone got hot water for showers. All in all, it's a great place to stay and I would stay there again.

Paradise Found

We love the Abacos, particularly Elbow Cay, with its central location and easy access to Little Harbour to the South and Green Turtle to the north. Islands Away is a fantastic rental property with every amenity you can think of. From the well-equipped kitchen to the yoga mats and outdoor showers, we had everything we needed. They have plenty of hot water and shower pressure, comfortable beds, beach towels, spices; you name it. If I could change anything I would add more shade to the pool area. The pool water was hot and had little shade due to the western exposure. Two huge bonuses include a powerful generator (the power is nearly always off - it's an island thing) and Edward, the caretaker. We hardly whispered a need, and he immediately accommodated our needs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the most amazing stay! The house was very clean and had breath taking sunsets. The pool was chilled to make a refreshing place to hang out. We took a 36' boat and the dock made it so convenient to come and go. Water and power on the dock allowed us to keep the boat clean and ready for the next day's adventure. Kitchen was nice sized for the 8 of us to prepare meals. Bedrooms are nice sized and served our 8 well. The house could sleep 10 very easily. But the most amazing part of the whole house is Edward! He is the caretaker and helped us in soooo many ways. We tried to bring him home with us!!! Not kidding! We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home, well stocked with beach towels,sunscreen,floats,bug spray,coffee and sweetener. The most beautiful sunsets you can imagine and a wonderful caretaker. We had a sea turtle visit us most every day near the dock as well as stingrays and a few sharks while cleaning fish. We cannot wait to return.
