Nos gustaría compartir nuestra espaciosa casa Paradise con usted. ¡Es cómodo, está completamente amueblado y es divertido! Disfrute de sus desayunos y cenas en la gran terraza con vista al mar. Por las noches, disfrute de las románticas e impresionantes puestas de sol.

Para su placer en las instalaciones, puede jugar un partido de tenis, nadar en una piscina de tamaño completo, sumergirse en la bañera de hidromasaje o probar la sauna. Hay 2 / dos barbacoas de gas y un área para comer junto a la piscina o en las canchas de tenis.

El condominio está a solo 500 pies de la playa de arena dorada más hermosa de Kamaole-1, donde se puede nadar, bucear, hacer body surf, etc. Hay 3 / tres centros comerciales para ir de compras y muchos restaurantes para elegir para su placer gastronómico si decide no cocinar.

Good location

Good location of this rental. Grounds and pool are clean and awesome. The room over all was good. The futon bed in the living room, was nasty looks like it’s been months since it’s been clean.

Great location

Very nice condo in a wonderful location, with 3 beaches across the street, and many close restaurants. Only one AC unit so it’s important to keep drapes closed during the day while away!!

It’s more steps than you think it is…

I booked this location over another in the same complex. Echoing other reviews, the AC doesn’t reach the bedroom, but even in July, once the sun goes down, opening all the doors and windows will keep the unit cool. Use the curtains to cover the windows and it’ll also keep the unit cooler. This complex is older, and there’s a ton of steps. To get to the unit using the elevator, it’s 6-8 steps to the elevator then about 2 sets of 6-8 steps, which adds up at the end of the day. Parking in the lower lot is almost non existent. The pool is good, though there are some missing tiles in the jacuzzi (outside of this owners control). On the unit itself, there’s a ton of mirrors which make the unit look and feel bigger. The bed in the master is extremely firm. There’s a lot of amenities including snorkel gear, chairs, a cooler. The shower is modern and up to date with a low flow toilet (the plunger is under the sink, in a bag). There was an issue with the electrical while we were there and the owner/manager was extremely responsive, but there were two different individuals who entered the unit with our consent (maintenance, then electrician). We also notified them that the unit ran out of trash bags and paper towels. There was no sponge for pre-washing dishes, but there’s a dish washer in unit - so it’s a small issue.

Family Vacay

Had a wonderful time!! Perfect location to everything we needed! Comfortable beds and a nice updated bathroom also had a great breeze. The only con is that when it rains the sliding door to the lanai leaks and the floors get wet..also the doors to the washer and dryer are a little flimsy and difficult to open and close. But overall a great property for sure!!! Would stay here again. Mahalo

Great location

We enjoyed our stay very much. Property included nice amenities and owners kept essential beach supplies which was much appreciated. Only drawback was parking, the guest area often did not have any open spots.

Great space and location, but....

Poorly managed property. The AC had been off when we arrived. It was 85 degrees inside and the little wall unit in the living room could not cool the place below 80 degrees by the time we wanted to sleep. Even with the windows open and fans going as suggested, it was not a good night's rest. Simply having the property manager turn the AC on in preparation for guests arrival would have made this a wonderful stay.

Just okay

The location is great. There isn't easy access to the actual condo. There is an elevator, but then a few sets of stairs to carry your luggage up. The actual condo is very dated. You have what you need and that's about it. We had to buy toilet paper and paper towels because we had two rolls for an entire 6 night stay with four people. The sheets have little balls all over them from being so old and washed so much. Very old coffee maker, showerhead, etc. So, like I said, just okay.

Great location with a view!

The condo is as pictured in the description. Highlights: Excellent location: in walking distance of many restaurants/coffee shops, across the street from a beautiful snorkeling beach. View: partially blocked ocean view from the porch. Amenities: parking was easy and close. Clean, updated pool/hot tub and grill area. Owner was quickly responsive when internet needed to be reset. Interior: comfortable beds, updated kitchen. Washer/dryer in condo. A/C works well after getting it started for about an hour. There was minimal snorkeling gear to use in the condo closet, but there is a place to rent gear in front of the building. Did include 4 beach chairs, umbrella. Coolers are also in closet. Bring your own ice packs. Bathroom could use an update, but had everything we needed including hair dryer and plenty of towels. Kitchen was updated and clean. Double up on trash bags or buy your own sturdier bags for trash cans when you go shopping. We would definitely stay here again and enjoyed our first trip to Hawaii!

Awesome Condo in Paradise

This condo was awesome. It was clean, well stocked and situated in a great location in Kihei. I would definitely stay here again. The check in process was seamless and the amenities were fantastic.

excellent location, as listed, but could use updating

knew from listing and the reviews that unit could use updating, but the price is better than the units in this complex that have been updated, 1 There are elevators but this complex has an unusual structure where each "floor" has at least 2 levels - so elevator can take you to 4th floor but then you zig zag around and go up 2-3 sets of about 8-10 steps each. So if you have trouble with steps or can't manage luggage even for those few steps, it will be an issue 2 Finding the unit is tricky. We made sure to get there in daylight. It is VERY helpful to access it for the first time from the lower parking area as the elevators there take you to the right part of the building complex for you to weave around and up the couple extra short sets of stairs to the unit. 3 Unit could use updating, but they had all we needed for cooking, laundry (including detergent), beach towels and some beach gear 4 If you are prone to being hot, the AC situation will frustrate you. We were there in May and the highs were in the 80's. It helps to close the drapes for the afternoon, but even then the living area ends up being cool while loft and bedroom are very warm. Directing the fan in the hall toward the bedroom helped and all the ceiling fans 5 All the signs for quiet make it seem like normally noisy kids would not be welcome at pool 6 EXCELLENT location we waked for lots of things Would recommend if ok with stairs and being a little hot

Great location

I loved my stay here. The property was just a small walking distance to the beach and many shops/restaurants. Beautiful view from the lanai, property was nice and clean, exactly as listed. Overall, great experience! Would stay here again :)

Great place, great location, lots of stairs

Very comfy apartment in good location steps away from beaches, food, and shops. Pool and hot tub were great nearby plazas had all the food and supplies you need for daily life. Was a great place to explore the area by foot and car. Only issues was lots of stairs to get down to and up from street level (there is an elevator but still a good amount of stairs to get to it/the apt). Wasn't an issue for us but could be for mobility challenged folks. A/C in the unit was great but the upstairs loft got a bit hot at the end of the day and took a while to cool. We had one day of an intense storm and some water came in through the patio door under the floor but the owner apologized for it and said not to worry, said they're fixing the problem, and it didn't really affect our stay. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels included which was nice. Swam with turtles and had great snorkeling in the beaches across the street and just down the road, rented boogie boards and rode the waves, enjoyed sunsets on the beach 3 min walk down the road. Overall loved our trip and the place was really nice and a good value.

Enjoying the Isle!

The condo is perfectly located, short walks to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Nice kitchen, good enough space for us 5. Very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the condo. The AC was strong enough for the unit, we really enjoy our stay here. The view from the balcony is great!

Kihei vacation

My friend and I stayed 4 nights in March. Pros; - Good location close to beaches, ABC store and restaurants - Had beach chairs and towels/ washer & dryer - Good view from lanai and the place was spacious for two of us. - Condo has pool & jacuzzi - The value, good price for one room and a loft Cons; - If you want to go snorkling, you'd better bring or buy the gears since all snorkling gears were being worn out. Only one set of large fins but I needed a small set. - I read review the unit had portable cooler bags/icebox, boogie boards but there weren't anymore. It'd have been good to have. - Unit's location is not somewhat easy to access. (Specially because my friend has some difficult to walk) - Old dust several places, housekeeper is not doing a good job Our major problem - the unit was so HOT when we checked in. The thermo in the unit showed 93 degree but felt over 100 specially the loft. We turned on A/C and fans and had to leave the unit ASAP because so hot. When we returned and afterwards were okay once we figured out to manage A/C and fans. Wish the house keeper turned A/C on before the guest check in. This is a suggestion. Overall, we enjoyed this place!

Great View, Great Location

Condo has everything you need, the view is fantastic. The complex has lots of rules about noise and not having fun in the pool area but we still had a great time. The beach is a one minute walk down the road and its amazing. Check in process was very simple and easy and the owners are very quick to respond if you need to reach them.

Totally misrepresented

Unit was dirty when we arrived and over 100 degrees, Loft was over 100 degrees and unusable since landlord refused to provide even a FAN! Had to sleep everyone in family room every other rooms too hot!! Landlord told us to go buy fans and thats the way it was. Then was charged $300 for "damages that was not reported correctly by housekeeping, for moving a single mattress form loft to family room were someone could sleep after becoming sick from heat exhaustion in loft!!! Very bad service and unfair and untrue damage fee adding insult to injury!!!

We enjoy visiting with all the repeat vacationers as well as other owners. Once you get a taste of condo living in Maui it will take your heart away and you'll want to return each year.

Maui is our personal Paradise and we wanted to own a little corner of it. On our many vacations to Maui while staying at the Kihei Alii Kai we found the condos large and spacious so we decided to purchase a corner of Paradise. We also found the other owners to be friendly and helpful and with many repeat visitors in the complex coming from our local area of Western Canada. How could we go wrong by buying our little piece of Paradise!!
