New Beachside Villa: Steps to Sand, Dog-Friendly, 2BR Gem!

New construction and modern, duplex connecting by the rear wall, with no stairs to worry about.
The perfect location to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Luxury, single level condo/duplex (attached by the back wall) in the heart of Corolla, just a 3 minute walk to the beach. Corolla Light restaurants and stores are right next door! In the evening, grab your beach chairs, a couple of glasses and a cold bottle of wine for a picnic across the street at the famous Whalehead park while the sun sets over the sound.


Community Amenities Include:
Heated, saltwater pool -Opens April 1st, closes October 31st.
Fitness Center/Gym
Pickle Ball court
Fenced Dog Park

The whole group will enjoy not only the community pool, but the wonderful tranquility of the nearby, sound-side waterfront. The large, salt water community pool is equipped with rentable cabannas complete with TVs, fans and personal refrigerators. Perfect for changover days!

Salty Vibes highlights:
* A full service, elegant kitchen including a full cookware set
* Seating for 6 surrounds the beautiful white quartz island countertops.
* Coffee pot or Keurig coffee
* The main king bedroom has a private full bathroom.
* The second bedroom provides a king bed, decorated with fun colors, and is connected to a common full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
* Large Smart TV is located in each bedroom and living room.

Outside:
* Patio seating for 2 with a view of Corolla Lighthouse
* Gas grill
* Outside shower with hot and cold taps.
* Beach chairs and carts are available (unfortunately, they cannot be guaranteed for renters since the previous renters could have taken them or broken them)

At the beginning or end of your vacation, don't fight the traffic with everyone else! Park your car and enjoy the beach or community pool, which has a restroom.

one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom (don't forget to bring more!)

liquid dish washing and dishwasher soap
laundry detergent for one load (no sand please)

Quiet stay in a beautiful place

The property was clean and nicely decorated. Had many kitchen items and chairs to use at the beach. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the short walk to the beach.

Very nice. Appreciating being in B location facing the access road - actually gave more privacy and ease to the beach. Some minor issues but they were responded to quickly.

Excellent location very close to beach, shops, and restaurants. The home was very clean and convenient with washer dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and smart tv. Would highly recommend to families!

Great location

Property was great, new and quiet with plenty of accessories for cooking. Had a blast and was close to the beach and shopping, and the owner was very responsive with questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Labor Day Stay

My family and I spent Labor Day weekend here and had a wonderful time. The accommodations were perfect, had everything we needed. The location was great as well, with a quick walk to the beach and close proximity to shopping/dining. Shelley was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be staying again.

We four adults had a wonderful time at our first time in the OBX! Shelley, the host, was extremely accommodating to our needs. We enjoyed the pool, the beach nearby, and biking through historic Corolla beach. Would love to come back!

Excellent Stay at Corolla

This home was beautiful. Easy access to the the wonderful ocean beach, Currituck lighthouse, Whalehead park, and the sound (for wonderful sunsets). The property is within a well maintained, quiet community. Perfect get away which exceeded our expectations. Furnishings, cooking utensils, WiFi and TVs topped off this clean abode creating a very relaxing stay.

The perfect getaway for two

I've been going to OBX with family for over 20 years. Normally we go with a group, but this year my husband and I wanted to go. There's never really been a nice option for parties under four... until now. This home was perfect! All of the amenities you need, in a perfectly laid out ranch. It was nice and clean, priced well and it was so close to the beach! The community pool was a really nice surprise! Very clean and it has lovely cabanas that you can rent for the day. We would definitely rent this home again. Just perfect!

Great place to stay

This condo is new, has a great layout, and is very nicely furnished. It's a comfortable, easy, and quiet place to stay in Corolla. Beach, pool, lighthouse, and shops are all within short walking distance. We've stayed in a lot of beach condos over the years, and this has got to be the nicest by far. My family is already talking about returning next year!

Wonderful!

I stayed here with my daughters, granddaughter and my dog. The condo is gorgeous and the community is beautiful. I love how close the beach is and you don’t have to cross a street. I will definitely stay here anytime I stay in Corolla!

Beautiful house

This is a beautiful house on a wonderful property that is brilliantly located. Steps to the beach as well as some restaurants (Uncle Ike’s is worth a look. We were in town off season so much wasn’t open yet, but the Sandbar-which is on the property-seemed like a cool place to have a drink).I did a 10-mile run from the property and had sidewalk for almost all of it and felt 100% safe. We had some initial hiccups but the host did everything imaginable to make it right. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location, clean, inviting

We did a 5 day stay in November. 5 minute walk to beach or the Whalehead park and lighthouse. Clean, beautifully appointed. Amazing kitchen! Comfortable bed and convenient to all Corolla has to offer visitors. This condo is inviting from the moment you pull into the parking lot. The host was very attentive and responsive to our questions. I'd stay here again for sure! Great place for two couples or family with 2-4 children.

I grew up on the beaches of California and we first visited Corolla we felt that it shares that same West Coast vibe. We recently purchased this sweet condo and named it "Salty Vibes OBX".
