I stayed at Spooky Nook #2 for a Miami Mom's Weekend. Overall, this sweet little option was a good choice! It is the second floor of a very old duplex style house. The entire unit was VERY basic but well-appointed and very tidy! The kitchen had a single-cup coffee maker with pods, new appliances and a little breakfast nook. The bathroom had a new shower/tub, the water was lovely and hot and there was a small stack laundry unit in there as well. While super tiny (not a bathroom for 2 people), it had everything a traveler would need including thick towels, soaps, shampoos and a hairdryer. The cozy bedroom had a twin over full bunkbed which was super comfortable and a TV with Roku on the wall. As mentioned by others, the only available plug is not close to the bed, so bring a simple 8-foot extension cord if you want your phone by you.
The only thing I didn't love about this unit was the location. In general, the neighborhood is great, safe and there are a lot of things to do closeby, however, the parking spot behind the house backs up to an old bridge and river. Coming back to the unit at night by myself made me really uneasy because it is extremely dark and the outdoor motion Ring light didn't turn on until I was right next to the steps to the house.
Would I stay there again? For sure!
