Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking amazing water views on the screened in back porch. This great cottage comes equipped with 2 kayaks, Life vests, beach chairs and floats.

Both bedrooms have queen beds with flat screen TV’s. In addition, there is a queen size sleeper in Living Room. One of the bedrooms has great water views. Sheets and towels will be provided.

Fully equipped Kitchen includes an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, utensils, plates, glasses, cooking pans and pots- including a Lobster Pot.
It’s a great spot to be away from the hustle and bustle but so close to everything. Less than 10 minutes to the Newport Winery and Newport National Golf Course and 15-20 minutes to downtown Newport as well as the Middletown and Newport beaches.
