We loved the house! Great location with fishing outside the back door and prime location being next to the park, grocery store, and restaurants! It was a short drive to the Padre Island National Seashore as well!

Great house with lots of space

We had an incredible stay at this home over Christmas! The house exceeded our expectations in every way. Victor was exceptionally responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed.The home itself was spotless and thoughtfully equipped, with extra pillows and coffee provided—such a nice touch! The open layout was perfect for visiting and entertaining, and it was also accessible for my dad, who uses a cane. My nieces and nephews especially loved fishing off the patio, which added a fun, memorable activity for the whole family.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

Elegant and comfortable stay on the channel

Great place to stay! Furnishings were elegant and well thought out. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner there and ate in style. Great location on the channels. Lots of fish right off the back porch (underwater green light) - counted 30-40 circling the light, as well as a crab on another occasion. Convenient to the grocery store, restaurants, beaches.

Fishing paradise

Fished the dock lights at night and had a guide conveniently picked us up at the dock for a day of fishing. Appliances are in great condition

Labor Day Weekend 2024

Our family had such a relaxing weekend for Labor Day! Home was very nice, cozy, comfortable and on the canal front with a sizable deck and balconies. And yes, my son caught a nice trout from the pier. Large kitchen was perfect and equipped with everything we needed. Two master suites were very comfy. The property manager was very accommodating as well. Great location! Easy to the beach, there’s a park near by and close to all the local attractions. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything!!

Family favorite and can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I have four boys and this was the perfect place to enjoy the nearby beaches as well as bay fishing on the back dock. The host went above and beyond in accommodating us from the comforts of home to providing snacks and coffee upon our arrival. They’re just so thoughtful! The entire house was absolutely spotless and so beautifully decorated. But I know my boys mostly enjoyed sitting out on the dock enjoying the peaceful water and glimpses of the “jumping fish.” We were so pleasantly surprised to experience how close Whitecap Beach was to the house. And it was a short and scenic drive to Mustang Island and Cinnamon Shores. We highly recommend this property for families of all ages and especially for those who want a quiet neighborhood but also appreciate the convenience of great restaurants, shops and easily accessible beaches. This place is absolutely wonderful and we hope to come back again sooner than later! Thank you so much for everything, Audra and Victor! Y’all are by far the best hosts!!!

Home away from home!

This place was amazing!!! House was very clean and cooled off as we arrived. We were so close to every single beach and our host was very responsive to any questions and needs that I had. Can’t wait to come back to this beautiful island.

Super nice place

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights, we liked it a lot. Very comfie, great kitchen. We ended up sitting out on the side porch the most as it was shaded and always had a nice south breeze. The area is amazingly quiet which we loved. Close enough to bike to Joes for coffee. There was even a small farmers market down the street on Thursday! Nice place.

Friends Getaway

Friends flew in for a getaway weekend. Great location for an early morning scuba dive in the Gulf. The extra beach towels came in vary handy, thanks… Enjoyed getting some sun on the lovely deck in the afternoon. Bedrooms and beds were awesome. Plenty of room and TV’s for late night chilling. Lovely kitchen that would be great for cooking but we opted out for pizza, seafood and burgers. Table and chairs great for playing cards in the evening. Victor was very helpful and responsive with our questions. Would stay here again!!!

Pleasant location

Recovery By The Sea

This place was simply amazing! Was not what we were expecting just because it was so much more! We definitely want to stay here every time we come! Thank you Victor for having us at your home. Vic was on point and quick to reply on everything! Home was very clean and beautiful! Easy access into the home and the deck out back was really enjoyable at night!

4th of July beach trip

It was so wonderful to be close to the beach (5min drive) but also away enough to not feel the craziness of the holiday weekend. Victor was communicating with us from the get go, helped us know what was already in the house for our baby so we knew what tj pack, and even gave some restaurant and shopping recommendations that came in handy. He was an absolutely phenomenal host. All that aside, the property itself was great too! Beautiful dock, clean spacious condo, and beautifully decorated. Only thing to consider is slightly less in the kitchen than some other bnbs (6 plates, 6 bowls, 6 cups, etc).

Loved this place!

I was very impressed with this place. It was clean and super cute! Had things we could use and enjoyed like coffee and beach towels! They were also so sweet and gave us a little gift. :) Such a convenient location and so close to the beach. Beautiful home. ❤️
