Esta gran casa de estilo familiar está en la esquina de Via Deluna Drive y Panferio Drive en el lado de sonido de Pensacola Beach. Great location that had a bayside pier and short walk to the Gulf side. Close to restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

My family had a wonderful stay at this home! Proximity to restaurants was fantastic (we loved the Native Cafe!) The pier in the backyard we enjoyed every day! Would absolutely return on our next trip to Pensacola!100% would recommend!

Outstanding stay! The house is so much prettier in person than in photos even though it already looks beautiful in the photos. Communication with the host was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Weekend stay

The host was very accommodating! The house was in a great location, we got to enjoy the bay with a shared dock and we were a short walk to the beach. The cons: house could use a deep cleaning and internet was spotty.

Nice Place / Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this place. Access to the beach was easy. Nice dock behind if you don't want to go to the beach. It is on a main road, but we didn't really notice any traffic noise at night.

Wonderful

My family has stayed at this house more times than I can count. The host is very easy to contact and super helpful. It’s close to all the best parts of the beach. Walking distance to the Paradise and the best bushwhacker on the beach! It’s our favorite place to stay!!

Great location

Great home and location. Plenty of room for our group of 10. Slight problem getting in at check in but owner worked quickly to resolve. Do suggest home have a deep cleaning.

Our favorite Pensacola Beach house for family vacation

We love to stay here for our family vacations. This house has the best of both worlds on the bay with dock for fishing and short walk to the beach. Five bedrooms 4 bathrooms house amazing outdoor spaces; front porch with swing, upstairs has a deck with bay views and downstairs has covered patio with bay views. The open plan large family room and huge kitchen is the perfect space for cooking as a family and hanging out together. This is truly our favorite place to stay. Thank you for the opportunity!

White Beach Christmas for my family from Iowa.

The house was a perfect fit for the family. Even had a large recliner in one bedroom for Grandma. No internet during our stay. Unable to watch big football games together. Other than that, the place was a great stay.

Stayed for the Jazz

We were a group of 3 couples all in our late 50's to mid 60's who love Jazz. The house was perfectly located. Clean, plenty of bathrooms, and spacious. We were just minutes away from venue. Everything was super convenient to get to from this location. The owner was super nice. We will keep this spot in mind for the annual event.

Perfect location

My husband and extended family stayed the week before Memorial Day weekend. The location was ideal- beach was 5 minute walk as well as restaurants and shops! The house was very nice and plenty of room for 10 of us. The only issue we had was that the previous guests didn’t clean the outdoor grill or replace the propane tank. We notified the owner and they offered a reasonable refund for us cleaning and buying a replacement tank!! Very quick response too! I would definitely stay here again in the future!!

Old friends

A group of us who have been friends since elementary and middle school all got together to celebrate one of us turning 50. The location of the house was walking distance to almost all of the restaurants all of the shops. We had the best time on the beach. The house had plenty of room. We prepared most of our meals and the table was big enough for us all to sit down and break bread together we played cards. We did not watch television at all. We are already talking about the next time we get together this house again.

Would stay here again!

House was comfortable and met our needs for 8 adults, 6 children. The kids were a little to brave going out on the pier, and crossing a busy street to get to the gulf side, so it took a day for them to understand the safety rules. There was a cross walk in front of the house, and for the most part, drivers stopped to let us walk across to get to the gulf side. A small park with playground equipment was also across a non busy road right by the house. No lifeguards were near the entrance where we stepped onto the beach, but we all had a watchful eye. House was walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our host, Monica, was awesome. She responded quickly to any questions we had. Check in and out was great. The house helped in making great memories for us all.

Large family friendly

Our extended family stayed here while in town for my sister’s wedding. Several options for entertainment and dining are nearby. The house is amazingly quiet considering how close it is to the main road. We enjoyed watching the jellyfish while walking up and down the shared pier.

Nice house with great location

Nice house within walking distance to the restaurants and beach! Super easy check in and check out. We had enough bath towels for everyone (11 people) but we had to wash or re-use them every day. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Wonderful stay!!

There were 8 of us staying in the home. It was perfect! We spent a lot of time on the dock. We did rent a golf cart to help get our things back and forth to the beach. The host was wonderful to work with and the house is located close to so many restaurants. The Blackstone grill was a definite plus for our large group!

Perfect Pensacola

Pleasant and responsive communication. On the first night, a few towel hangers came off the wall and there were 2-3 light bulbs not working/missing, and when I texted the issue, I received a cordial and apologetic reply. The dishwasher panel didn’t work on the last night, so I promptly texted the issue as well. The next morning, the cleaning crew was apparently notified of this, and they were cordial and friendly. I would definitely rate a very pleasant communication process overall. The best part-without hesitancy- is the location, location, LOCATION!

Needs maintenance and better cleaning

I usually go out of my way to give positive reviews, but I wish I had known some of the following details before I reserved this rental. The shower upstairs did not drain well, and soapy water and floating hair from previous guests came up quickly. My son's shower downstairs included a huge live cockroach. My daughter got a towel out that still had crusty material that looked like vomit, and my towel looked like it had makeup on it. The shower in the garage worked well until someone flushed, and my husband was scalded (mark was there for a full 24 hours). Coffee cups in the cupboard had coffee rings in them, and our upstairs room had enough sand that I had to clean my feet to put on socks. The Internet did not work consistently, and we could not watch tv because it dropped the connection. You get the idea. If cleanliness and maintenance were not huge issues, the decor is nice, as is the location, which is near both the beach and a small pier. We enjoyed having a table big enough for our 10 adult family members. I spent some time behind the scenes cleaning stuff so my family could have a good time, which they did (with a few "YUCK!" moments and not very many showers). With little attention to maintenance and cleanliness, this would be a really great place to stay. I would suggest that the owner use a different management company. We were only there for a short time, and did not try to contact the owner, so my rating of communication is not on him. The app simply required that everything be rated.

I apologize for these issues and do not take them lightly. I do wish you had let me know while you were there so I could have compensated you for them. We have the house sprayed monthly so that is disturbing about the cockroaches. We are in the process of looking for new cleaning staff/company and that industry and employment as a whole in our area is suffering - but no excuse! Again, thank you for letting me know so we can address these areas, we do not know unless you tell us :)

Perfect for Family Time togetherness

We had 9 adults and a 3 yr old and many other visitors drop in and the kitchen table, large LR with lots of seating, back patio table, and pier were perfect visiting places for all!! We were able to walk to Flounders. Perfect family gathering house.
