the apartment is an historical Art deco building on Ocean Drive
it is renovated with white Calacatta marble . There is a whirpool tub in the main bathroom and a walk in shower in the second bathroom. you have a huge Smart Tv in the master bedroomand two other tv and oven ,big refrigerator conventional microwave and induction cooktop in the kitchen
Above all you can walk everywhere
the famous Miami Beach beach is across the street
Across the street you can rent a bike from city bike
Across the street there is the sideboard that goes to South Point or to the Delano Hotel
Across the street there is a free open gym and there are volleyball courts and you can rent a Citibike
Nikki Beach is few block away
and the neighborhood is plenty of restaurant and bars

Olga was wonderful and very responsive however both the front door code and the apartment code were not correct. We had to contact her to get the new, updated code. Apartment was okay but the location was fabulous. If it weren’t for the location we’d not stay there again.

The house had a few small issues as any property will, however Olga, was SPOT on in resolving them quickly. The Apt, is safe, well done & in a great location. The kitchen needs to be reviewed to insure it has enough silverware, cups, (wine, champaign flutes, drinking and plastic) pans, plates and bowls for 5 people. I would stay again. I recommend Olga and the properties she manages.

Miami stay

Olga was a super responsive host! However, there were alot of maintenance issues. The sink in the main bathroom entrance clogged the first day there. The rain was causing a minor leak in front entrance. The area itself would have cops over a lot but that’s Miami south beach. Overall the place was spacious and accommodating!

It is a big fat lie I have 15 apartment in the building and there are no bed bug You asked money back because you were more than five people and you were not allowed to the reimbursement There was one fly the third day you came I think it came from the window Anyway I called the sterminator The building has a pest control coming every 15 days But the real issue was that you wanted money back for a free vacation

Great location, otherwise just okay

There were no reviews when I booked the unit, so I took a leap of faith when booking it. The unit ended up being okay and I’m mixed on whether I would stay there again. The pros: amazing location, bright and clean, spacious, extremely quiet at night, and AC worked well. The cons: it did not feel like the owner actually spent any time there to make sure it’s suitable for guests, or cared about my stay. For example, the sliding door to the second bedroom was completely broken and could not close. The three clocks in the kitchen displayed all different and incorrect times. There were no beach towels despite being a beachfront rental. For bathroom amenities, there was one tiny bar of body soap, a random small travel tube of conditioner, and no shampoo or hand soap. Only one toilet paper roll without a toilet paper roll stand/holder in either bathroom. We also never received check out instructions, and only received check in instructions after I asked on the day of the rental. At the time of booking, I had asked about early check in because my friend and I flew in from across the country, and the owner said it depends on whether someone is staying there before us. I never heard back about it until I reached out again the day before our stay. All in all the unit was okay and fairly priced, but the overall experience left a bit to be desired.

The sliding door is fixed now Sorry but the previous tenant broke it and there were no time to fix it I sent you the housekeeper cell number She is there all day long and I texted you to let me know if you needed anything Earlier check in : I have a last minute booking so I don’t know in advance If the apartment is booked the night before the new guest arrival you can’t have an earlier check in Check out is at 11.00 am and the housekeeper has to clean it
