THINGS TO NOTE:

-1 Pet is allowed at this location with payment of pet fee. Must be 45lbs or less and hypoallergenic. Pets are not permitted on the furniture. Failure to abide by these rules may results in loss of security deposit.

-The PREMISES are not available to “groups” or persons under the age of twenty-five (25) excluding families traveling with children. Under no circumstance do we rent to Prom Groups, Senior Weeks, or any other type of non-family groups consisting of guests under 25.

- Primary guests must sign a lease agreement and provide a copy of a government issued ID

-Linen and towels are not provided. Bring your own or ask us about renting them from a local company who will drop them off and pick them up directly at the unit
