Enjoy all that Upstate NY has to offer at Acorn Hill House, our spacious and newly built four bedroom home - a special place to gather with your friends and family. Unwind by the fire in our living room with your favorite book or listen to some music on the record player. Enjoy the 1000 sqft basement with a ping-pong match, play some poker or monopoly at the game table, watch a great movie together on our oversized sectional, or get a workout in! With plenty of room to enjoy indoors, don't forget to experience the Catskills that surround you! Whether it's in our backyard by the fire pit, or out and about to nearby waterfalls, hiking trails, mountains, ski resorts, wineries & breweries - there is something for everyone. You can also explore the nearby towns of Stone Ridge, Accord, Phoenicia and Woodstock - or travel further to enjoy Kingston and New Paltz.

Guest Access:
You’ll have exclusive use of the entire property—make yourself completely at home. A car is required for access, and in winter, we strongly recommend a 4×4 or all‑wheel‑drive vehicle to navigate the steep driveway with ease.

As a courtesy, we will leave a yearly New York State Park Pass for you and yours to enjoy all NYS parks for free. There are wonderful adventures around!
