3 bedroom (4 beds plus BRAND NEW IN 2026 sleeper sofa) and 2 full bath condo located in the heart of Rehoboth Beach just steps to the beach. Start your day with a walk on the boardwalk, less than 200 steps away. Have dinner at any one of the amazing restaurants in town, then take a stroll to Penny Lane right across the street. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washer and dryer located in bathroom. This unit is located on the second floor, guests must be able to walk up stairs. Four Rehoboth Beach Parking Permits for any unmetered spot in town are provided, in addition to one parking spot in lot. Linens are not provided. Guests must purchase $79 Vacation Rental damage insurance policy covering $3000 in accidental damage. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
Between May 15th -September 1st 7 night minimum, Saturday-Saturday. Short term stays welcome during shoulder and off season. Monthly and long term rentals available October-May, please inquire for rates and details.
Please report any damages upon arrival. If damages are not reported, they will be considered self-inflicted. You agree to leave the vacation rental in arrival condition. Basic check out procedure includes tenant cleaning/returning dishes, removing food from refrigerator, returning pillows and blankets in place and removing trash to deposit in outside receptacle.
Owners are not responsible for injury, loss, theft and damage to your belongings, or self while at the rental. The property owner will be held harmless of any injury while staying at the property.

There are four residential parking passes which is great because parking is tight. We ended up parking my full size SUV on the street because unless I could back in my car just wasn’t fitting. We don’t drive when we go to the beach and we found parking close so it wasn’t a problem. Otherwise the property was great for our teenagers close to the beach and boardwalk. Very quiet despite the proximity.

The property was as-described, in a great location, and clean. Unfortunately, we had the hot water heater go out during our stay, but the host was host was very responsive and diligent in helping find a solution.

Great Location!

We had a great experience with this stay! Location was excellent with easy access to everything - restauraunts, shopping, the beach and boardwalk all right out the door. It made the stay and getting around very enjoyable and easy. The arrangement of the beds and rooms worked great for us and having two bathrooms was really helpful with our larger family.

This apartment would be great if it was maintained better. Some things were broken/breaking. The dryer does not work. It not only doesn’t produce heat, but it tears holes in thin fabrics that get stuck in the drum. We had two shirts and two pair of underwear get destroyed by it.The outside light doesn’t work to see the steps when going out at night.No linens are provided, but there are a good amount of pillows there. Parking is tight, a large vehicle wouldn’t fit in the lot. It was unclear where to park additional vehicles with the passes provided and we narrowly missed getting a ticket. The parking monitor gave us a map of where we were aloud to park.The location is excellent. It is very close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, all in walking distance.

We stayed for one night so we could enjoy 2 full days at the beach. Great location, super cozy. we were a group of 5 so it worked well for sleeping. Well stocked, would definitely stay there again

Great location to beach and boardwalk, no outside porch to sit on but definitely plenty of room inside and was clean. Loved that we could keep car parked there the whole time, everything in walking distance or a trolley ride away.

This was a great place! Very close to the sand! It was plenty of space for my family. Could use a new couch- it was uncomfortable. The beds were comfortable and plenty of room in the kitchen. Thankful for extra parking passes!

You couldn’t ask for a better location! Clean house, plenty of room and just steps from the beach. Owner was super nice and replied promptly to any questions I had. We will definitely rent again!!! Already planning our next stay.

Quick beach trip

Location was perfect, property was clean and comfortable, parking behind is a little tight but was doable. Overall 9 out of 10 experience for us. Will for sure book again next year.

The rental was clean and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen stocked with glassware, dishes and utensils. The location is awesome and parking options too! We loved our mini getaway 😊

Lovely place to celebrate!

Me, my husband, his brother, and his new fiancée all spent New Year's eve in this lovely place! Perfect location, walking distance to everything Rehoboth! Clean, comfortable, and cozy! Beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious! Really enjoyable stay! Would stay again and recommend highly! Host was friendly and wonderful to work with.

Location, Location, Location

The property is a fabulous location 1/2 block to the beach. Very clean, kitchen has everything you could want and need. Chelsea was responsive when we locked ourselves out! Look forward to returning.
