- No Smoking & No Pets: This is a strictly non-smoking property, and pets are absolutely not allowed.
- No House Parties or Chaperoned Groups: House parties are strictly prohibited. We do not allow chaperoned student groups. If booking as a group, all guests must be at least 25 years old.
- Family-Friendly Rental: We cater to families with children. Student groups are only permitted if all guests are over 25.
- Parking: Due to limited space, only 3 to 4 vehicles may be parked at the property. Boats, trailers, and motorcycles are not allowed.
- Fireworks & Laser Pointers: The discharge of fireworks is illegal within city limits and strictly prohibited on the property. Laser pointers are also now illegal and may not be used.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you stay here and have a lowered vehicle you will have to put something down to keep from scraping coming in and out of driveway. Overall a great place!

Great location but dated

Cute house, but dated. Could definitely use some bathroom updates. Plenty of room in the bedrooms. The kitchen had very few pots and pans and utensils. All that said the location was perfect and the kids loved the community pool!

Kitchen supplies could use attention.

There were very little kitchen supplies. Only two pans that may have been the cheapest pans I’ve ever seen. Very little kitchen utensils but we made do. The kitchen is very small so if you plan on cooking plan on only one person being in the kitchen. There’s no closet in the master bedroom and nowhere to hang your towels. It was an okay place to stay but I won’t stay there again.

Great location, needs a little TLC

We loved the location and being able to walk to the beach. The house décor was very beachy and welcoming. We liked the front porch, quick access to the pool, and the garage space. We did enjoy our stay; however, if they could address a few things, this place could be a gem. The whole house needed a deep clean, squeaky doors, a loud dryer, and missing remote controls for 2 of the TVs. The TV in the twin bedroom had no remote and we had to manually adjust the volume. The TV in the king size room was older and could not stream and there was no cable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When it comes to the price of this rental, when you consider the location and proximity to the beach, it was outstanding. The home was nice and in good condition. It’s not as updated as some other options but is on par with what I think you can spect for the price point. So no negative points there. Only issue for me was the kitchen was not as equipped for cooking (pans/utensils) as I wished it had been. Again. Not serious enough for me to hold it against them in a review.
