Crystal Lake House - Has It All!

Relax, Play, or work at our Lake House. This four-season home has it all! Each season brings a new adventure. Swim, fish, paddleboard, or kayak on the sandy beach and clear spring-fed lake water or relax on the patio in the warmer months. Enjoy ice-fishing and snowmobiling and then warm up in the hot tub under the stars in the cooler ones. Enjoy the area's many restaurants and bars, most within a 5-mile radius. An upstairs and downstairs lounging area makes large group entertainment easy.
The space
This is a split-level home on beautiful private Crystal Lake.

Walking into the front door you will be able to head upstairs to the kitchen, dining area, living room, full bathroom, and 2 guest rooms. Amazing views will greet you from the large picture window facing the lake. Head downstairs to the primary bedroom, 2nd bathroom, family room with fireplace, and game table for puzzles and dominoes! Walk thru the sliding doors to a large patio containing an outdoor dining area, seating area, and hot tub.

From the patio, walk down gently sloped steps to a landing and then to the lake. The large sandy beach and sandy-bottomed lake are perfect for swimmers or those who just like to float. There is a dock that is great for fishing. The lake has bass, bluegill, crappie, and walleye. Unlike other lakes in the area - the water level does not fluctuate greatly from spring to fall. Crystal Lake is 3.5 miles north of Tomahawk, Wisconsin, and is a full rec lake of about 120 acres.

After a day of fun, head to dinner at one of many great restaurants and bars or cook a nice meal in the full kitchen and then come back to enjoy an evening under the stars at the fire pit or fire table.

Internet with good bandwidth is available for those days when work just won't stay at home. Both TV's are set up with all the streaming services for chill nights indoors.

A large garage is available for guests to park their cars, ATVs, and snowmobiles. The ATV and snowmobile trails are a short half-mile away. The garage has a Level 2 EV Charger for keeping electric vehicles charged up.

A full-size washer and dryer are open to guest use.

To sum things up - this home has it all and it will be hard to leave.
Guest access
The pontoon boat is off-limits to guests.

The hot tub can be used but please do not consume alcohol or other intoxicating substances while using it. Guests will be expected to check the chlorine levels daily and adjust when needed to keep the water healthy for their use. We are not responsible for accidents in the hot tub or unmaintained water quality in the hot tub while guests are using it.
Other things to note
The garage has a Level-2 EV charger for EV vehicles.

There is an in-wall air conditioner that cools the upper level in the summer along with fans in the bedrooms when needed. The lower level is naturally cool due to its below-ground nature. The house is heated with hot water baseboard heaters. The fireplace is gas.

There is a private boat launch ($20) on the East side of the lake if you bring your own boat.
