The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom offers a King bed, and the guest room offers 2 twins. The spacious, balcony is a wonderful place to start the day with your morning coffee. Watch Sabine Bay come alive with Large Charter boats headed out to the Gulf for a day of fishing, and paddle boarders and kayakers taking advantage of the wonderful Florida sun. At day’s end marvel at the spectacular sunsets that melt into the horizon leaving behind the tranquil lights surrounding Sabine Bay. After nightfall watch the bay glow in rainbow hues with the newest Pensacola Beach attraction, Glow Paddle. There is a seasonally heated pool looking out over Sabine Bay as well as a great little gym area. Once you park your car in this gated complex, you won’t need it again until it is time to head home! The boardwalk and famous Casino Beach are within easy walking distance and there is a free beach trolley during the season to catch a ride where you don’t care to walk! Fantastic view. Great location. Super clean. We were so worried because there were no pics posted but when we got there we were so pleasantly surprised. Beautiful space and literally Accross the street from the nightlife, restaurants, shopping and beaches. You don’t even need a car

Great Condo & Location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is in a great location and everything is walkable - the beach, stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

Awesome property

We love south harbor 9B. This room was very clean and stocked with all the supplies you need for your stay. Room 9B was very well decorated. Plenty of great sitting on the balcony. South Harbor has great views from the front to the back. This is definitely the best place we have stayed at in awhile. Will definitely try to get this room again. Pensacola is the place to go.

Water views in every direction!

Our party consisted of 2 couples who were in town to join in on the Bushwhacker 5K fun! This condo was perfectly stunted for the race and the relaxation afterwards. The water views from the 9th floor front entrance to the balcony were lovely. The pool is shaded in the morning and the evening sunsets were picture perfect.

Easy and comfortable!

I’ve always stayed further down on the beach. This rental was easy to get to, convenient to everything we needed, and perfect for what we wanted. Such a cute and comfortable stay! It felt like home for 3 days! Everything I needed or wanted was there. We will definitely stay again!! Perfect getaway spot!

Beautiful view!

The view was wonderful from the nice, large open balcony. You can see the bay and the gulf. Just a short walk across the street to the gulf beach. Same with shopping. Not overly crowded. Over-all, a wonderful vacation.

Family Getaway

The property fit all of our needs and we had a wonderful visit. The kitchen was fully stocked which was amazing but it was a little disorganized. The living room was nice but we did find that the sofa had a lot of sand in it. Also, a lamp would be a great addition to the living space so that the room could be used without having to have the overhead light on all the time. We loved the rooms and bathrooms. The decor of the unit was vibrant and made the unit even more enjoyable.

Great property and location

This property is the perfect location for both the gulf side and sound side beaches and easy walking to most all restaurants. Be sure to bring a rolling cooler! The property itself is nicely updated and clean. The view is great and it has all the needed kitchen amenities. I would have likes an interior entrance but the property is very secure so we did not feel uncomfortable. The only thing we did notice while staying there was one of the elevators was having issues but that is not a strike against the unit itself. We would definitely book it again.

Excellent location, secure grounds and clean property!!

We absolutely loved this space! It was perfect for us 4 adults with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The gated parking lot & building was great, especially for a busy holiday. We watched fireworks right from the front porch! There is so much to walk to from this location including the beach and boardwalk. We brought a rolling cooler & it worked out perfect for crossing the road to the pier. The kitchen has everything you’d possibly need minus spices for cooking. I’d add those to your bag if you plan to cook alot! There was cleaning supplies, dish soap, hand soap, 1 regular coffee pot 1 kcup pot, blender, ice machine in the fridge and tons of pots/pans/dishes. The washer and dryer are super nice to have! The bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, hand soap, washcloths & a blow dryer… just throw a few extra rolls of toilet paper & tissues in your bag. We used the balcony every day morning and night. You get the most amazing view of the sunsets and bay. The pool area was so clean and maintained well. The furniture set up is super nice and comfortable. All of the neighbors are really friendly in this complex and check in/out was a breeze. Would definitely again if we get the chance.
