Excellent property! Game room was great. Living room had enough room for all of us. We thought that not having a dining room table would be an issue but the island worked great and we would rather have that than a table!

Spring break trip

We had a nice time at this property for a long weekend. Plenty of space to hang out and sleep. We enjoyed shop area with all the games and outdoor space.

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time at the River Bottom Oasis! House was clean and had all needed amenities, very comfortable. It was so much fun to explore nearby Wyalusing State Park, and we really enjoyed the game room on our rainy day. The home even had games for the younger kiddos to play, which was an added bonus! The area was beautiful. We would love to go back!

Weekend stay for County Line

We loved this property. The house was stocked with everything we needed for a weekend away. The house was nicely decorated and had room for all of us. Everyone enjoyed all of the activities in the game room across the road. Thanks for a great stay!

Neighborhood Weekend Away

This property was just what we needed for a quick get away. Close to boat launch and lots of room to park our boat At property. Game room was so nice to have for the kids and even the adults. So nice to be able to bring our dogs along. Lots of seating for everyone in the main living area which was nice. Great place to stay!!!

Great Spot

We had a bachelor party (low key) at this house and it was exactly what we were looking for. The house was spacious enough for 11 people (all 30+) and the space down the road was awesome. Between pool, ping pong and basketball it was a blast. The owners were very responsive when we had questions. I would definitely recommend.

UTV ride along Mississippi

We had a great time with family and friends. House was clean and owners were very easy to get ahold of. The shed space gave us plenty of space to park trailers while we were riding our UTVs with family and friends. Wish we would have spent one more day to take advantage but f the fire pit and other activities provided by host.

Perfect for family gathering!

Our family of 7 plus 2 small dogs enjoyed our stay in this clean, spacious, well-appointed property. The open layout of the kitchen & dining area along with seating around fireplace and TV was ideal for easy meal prep and spending time together. Game building across the street was a really nice amenity, as was the adjacent acre+ of land where dogs could run safely. Appreciated ground floor bedroom w/ easy access to bathroom for our 90-yr-old mom. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks to the gracious hosts!

Weekend Stay for Family Wedding.

The property was very nice and suited our group of 9 very well. There was a well stocked kitchen with the pots, pans, utensils and an overall great time. The extra game room and lounge area across the road was GREAT! Pool table, darts, ping pong table and a good sound system hooked up to the TV. A good time was had by all. We would highly recommed the place and would definitely consider a reurn trip! Thank you for sharing your property and for you speedy responses to any questions we had.

Family friendly getaway

We loved our stay! We got holed up with the heat for a few days.. but thank goodness for that game room!!! The only reason I gave one less star on location is that the property is right on the road, and the gameroom is across that road, although the traffic is not bad at all as far as amount of traffic :) - Everything was very clean, and it was so nice to be able to bring our dogs! The host was incredibly responsive- Wyalusing park up the road approximately 9 miles is such a treat as well- lots of beautiful trails to hike- the beach is not much- but we did spend a little time there - Thank you so much for the place for our family to get together and connect!

Second Year Here. Great Spot

Great Property!! From the outside, it doesn’t look like much, but the inside is very well updated with tasteful decor and nice finishes. Plenty of places to sleep for a larger group. Nice bathrooms. Plenty of hot water. And the game shed across the way is the hit!! Pool table, darts, ping pong, and weight machines all indoors along with a fridge. Outside there’s a concrete basketball court we used for bag toss. Also a nice sitting area with a ceiling mounted outdoor fan to keep comfortable in the humid air. Decent fire pit. Size wise it is very large, but functionally it has room for improvement as the slabs making up the area are uneven, the pot itself is about an inch deep, and there’s no grate. Firewood just rests on the ground. That being said, we made it work and still had a great time. This property offers great privacy and seclusion. Very close to town and the river, but far enough away that no one will be bothered if you play some loud music and are hooting and hollering and just having fun. Highly recommended. We will be back!

Great place for a get together.

The place does look like much on the outside, but inside is very well updated, very clean and very comfortable. Check in was a breeze and my ONLY point of feedback for the owner is that the storm door to the main house entrance has a handle installed upside down so you need to LIFT the handle instead of pushing it down. Very minor but it did confuse us for a minute. The Game area down the way was spectacular. Pool table, full electronic dart board, ping pong table, outdoor basketball court right off of a lounge area with PLENTY of outdoor furniture, a fire table and an outdoor fan under an overhang. Showers had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Overall a REALLY nice stay for a group of 8 or less (of everyone wants their own bed) or 14 or more if you’ll be sharing beds. Highly recommended. We’ll be back next year. OH! And some really nice fishing spots only about five minutes away. Caught some good sized bass and perch.
