This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit on the 2nd floor has been recently updated. This spacious condominium offers guests almost 1,300 square feet of living space and overlooks the Grand Lagoon. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The open concept living area has ample, comfortable seating and doors leading to the unit's large private balcony. The master bedroom offers a King-sized bed plus trundle bed, flat screen television, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with granite countertops and double sinks. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, flat screen television, and its own ensuite bathroom. The living room sofa pulls out to a bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 7. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for your use.

Important Notes:
- Please note, there is an additional parking fee due prior to or upon arrival paid directly to the HOA. Automobiles are $23.33/each (up to 30 days) and motorcycles are $11.85/each (up to 30 days). 2 vehicles max per stay. No trailers allowed, with the exception of watercraft trailers, which are also an additional fee (see below).
- Use of boat dock & parking of your watercraft trailer requires additional $250 pre-tax payment in advance of arrival.
- This condo is located on the second floor and no elevator is available.
- No smoking and no pets allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation. This is an HOA rule and NO exceptions can be made.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
