El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con un hermoso y cómodo colchón nuevo. Hermosas paredes, frescos pisos de baldosas y sábanas de colores tropicales hacen de esta habitación un maravilloso refugio después de un día en la playa. Esta habitación también cuenta con TV y reproductor de DVD. Hay baño principal al lado de la cama principal. Hay mucho espacio de almacenamiento en el armario.
2do dormitorio
El segundo dormitorio cuenta con dos camas queen size, vista al mar y ropa de cama de inspiración tropical para crear un retiro festivo. Esta habitación tiene baño adjunto con cabina de ducha. Esta habitación también cuenta con TV y reproductor de DVD.
3er dormitorio
Esta habitación fue creada para parejas o niños en mente. La cama de tamaño completo cuenta con un colchón de felpa.
Área adicional para dormir
El sofá de la sala de estar se convierte en una cama de matrimonio.
Recreación al aire libre
Un gran patio se extiende al frente del condominio de vacaciones, ofreciendo un amplio espacio para disfrutar de la brisa del golfo y las espectaculares vistas al océano. Las sillas con balcón en el patio lo convierten en un lugar perfecto para cócteles por la noche o comidas informales. A nuestros clientes les encanta pasar tiempo en el balcón, que está sombreado durante la mayor parte del día. Además de la playa, incluso puedes ver la bahía desde un extremo del balcón. Overall it was a really nice condo with an amazing view. Very nicely remodeled and nice decor. The pictures online have not been uploaded. Our only complaints are the living room ceiling fan had no remote and we weren't able to turn on the fan, there was no iron, the TV in the 3rd bedroom had no signal and we never got it to work, and the outdoor balcony had only two chairs one of them broken. Although we still had a very good time and will definitely keep this condo on our list for our next trip.

We arrived and tried using the code didn’t work so I called the host and they luckily answered and sent the email with the correct information and passwords that should’ve been sent out before. Staff were friendly there, other guests were kind too. We loved the beach and view but the condo was not fully stocked. Beds were comfortable. No dishwasher soap or brush/sponge,rag, no hot pads for cooking with. Slow drains. No scissors. Sand in bed prior to sleeping in it. Batteries were dead in remote with no replacements. Living room blind still broken and tilting. No patio chairs but they did have beach chairs. It was not stocked well for a week long family trip. I had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. Nothing had been scrubbed clean on the walls, doors, needing fresh paint and maintenance. The patio doors and windows leak and need replacement as the wind howls in a storm and is very loud awakening everyone in our family in different rooms at 5 am. Not even salt and pepper stocked, had to buy salt. We loved the pools, hot tub lacked however. There were a few broken drawers. Knives weren’t sharp. Had to buy some other cooking utensils. Conditioner dispenser broken. It took twice to 3 x to flush the toilets regardless of what was in it. We did love south padre island and all the fun activities! This place has the potential to be great but I’d stay elsewhere next time. I did leave a few basic supplies there for the next guests so hopefully that’s appreciated.

We had a great time while we were there.

We had a great time. Just wanted to let you know that I left a list of items that we found you should be aware of, if we saw it or used it. 1. we couldn't get the xbox to work or the other box in the living room. 2. The window screen to the door balcony fell off. I called Criss on the 1st day but could only leave vm's. 3. The remotes for the m/b tv do not work and one of the remotes is missing the back that cover's the batteries. 4. The m/b lavatory drains very slowly. 5. The front bedroom right side shade is broken and will not go up or down. The chain seems to not be connected. All were like this upon arrival except the window shade for the balcony door. That fell immediately when we tried lowering it as if it was not even attached. Not really sure.. Overall though, we had a wonderful time and it was beautiful. This was a vacation we needed after losing my husband in December. Thank you so much for sharing this with us.

A million dollar view

Very spacious and accommodated our family gathering well. Checkin was easy and parking was convenient. Loved the proximity to the beach and the ocean view. We will be back!

Very nice ocean front

This condo was a perfect place for a family of 6-8 people! My family and I had a blast. Easy access to the beach!! The only downfall was even though towels were provided for drying off after a shower, they did not provide any cloth towels for washing your body. The rest of the condo was perfect!!

This property obviously has a great location. It’s beachfront! That is where the good points end. There are too many problems with this property to list. When you pay to stay somewhere that the doors don’t even work you feel cheated. There are so many other options on SPI. Stay afar from this one!

Not what it seems!

The pictures of this condo look beautiful but it is not what it seems. Our check in process was easy when we got there and we were excited to learn that the entry to the condo was keyless. When we tried the keypad on the door it was SO HARD to open. We tried several times and finally made it inside. Upon entering we noticed that others probably had difficulty getting in because the door was cracked and the strike plate was barely holding on. I called the property manager and she said she would talk to the owner and call me back later that day but I never heard back. The next day the door was even harder to open and it wouldn’t even close! I called the property manager again and she sent someone quickly to replace the lock. On top of that, the condo smelled very strongly of fish, fans didn’t work, dispenser for shampoo and conditioner didn’t work, the tub faucet didn’t work, none of the balcony doors locked and the shower stall doors were off the track. Overall our stay was adequate but it was not what was presented in the listing. The view was beautiful but this condo needs major updates.

Excellent views of the gulf

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. There are excellent views of the beach from the dining room and secondary bedroom were we stayed (which is bigger than the master and has it's own on-suite bathroom). The on-site property folks were super nice and kept the overall grounds nicely maintained. The condo is in walking distance of Pier 19, one of the more popular restaurants on the island. The only thing we were missing was a table to play games, but the kitchen and counter are very spacious.

Beautiful Views - a balcony in every room!

Beautiful beach views and more than enough space for 5 adults. The property is well maintained and we were always able to find parking. The location is wonderful as well, walking distance (.5 - 1 mile) to 4 restaurants. Also, being at the end of the island, the beach isn't ridiculously crowded (we stayed over Memorial Day Weekend). The unit had all the essentials; toaster, blender, pots/pans. coffee maker. And like I said in the title, each of the rooms had a balcony!

View was fantastic, 6 of us had a wonderful time.

Pool area was nice, close to restaurants, and some shopping. Only thing wrong was arm on loveseat damaged tacks sticking out could hurt someone, same for nails on side of door going out to balcony. We were just careful so all was good. All in all it was a wonderful stay.

Great Location! Condo itself needs lots of attention.

Loved the location and the condo grounds were beautiful. The condo itself had issues. Nothing major, just dirty. Bed comforters and couches in living area are the worst.

Summer fun with friends!

We had a great experience with this beautiful condo. Watching the sunrise from the balcony was definitely one of our favorites, and also being able to have everything we need to cook breakfast and dinner. The washer and dryer was wonderful to have! We washed all of our clothes before we left, so no laundry to do when we got home. The only thing I would request is a grill for the patio! :-) Thank you for a great experience!!

Great.

The location and Sea Vista staff was great! And Criss was polite. The condo had a beautiful view. However there were several things wrong/sloppy in the condo. Toilet was broke; offered to have it fixed. First lady couldn't so they reschedule but we were going to be gone so I asked them not to. And little things like toilet paper holder broke, can t use all the drawers in closet, furniture starting to fall apart, and wires being ran through strange places. I know that may be a tad bit picky but after $2300 for 5 days I expected it to be nicer. But overall it was it good place for our family!

Extended Family Vacation - Total success!!

This was out second stay at Sea Vista and it won't be out last. In November we stayed at Sea Vista 1 in Unit 409 and had a LOVELY time! We can highly recommend this unit for an extended family vacation. There were 6 adults and we all stayed very comfortably. The beds were comfy and the sheets were very nice! We cooked several meals in the very clean, well equipped kitchen and the ONLY thing we could have used was another skillet. Bathrooms were large and showers had plenty of hot water and pressure. Loved the location....as close to the beach as you can get on SPI! We stayed in mid-November, so the pool was a little chilly, but the hot tub was wonderful!! While we were in the area we dined at Sea Ranch, only about half a mile from the condo. Outstanding seafood with world class service. There were ten of us at dinner (including 2 children) and Oscar took very good care of everyone!

Great Family Vacation Condo

This Condo provided everything my little family needed. From having a great ocean view, an XBOX One for the kids at night, to a wonderful Keurig for me in the morning to sit on the patio for coffee listening to the ocean waves. The Condo manager "Criss" was awesome; she checked in on us right away. She came to the rescue immediately to rectify our problem when the microwave went out, only for us to get a "brand new one" within a couple of hours from my call. I loved the lay out. The kitchen bar accommodates great family time to eat breakfast with the overflow sitting in the living room but still part of the crew. The 2 queen beds have the best view, and can be separated from the living area by sliding doors; and have their own bathroom/shower. The Master suite was very comfortable. This is a condo I will definitely return to in the future. Thank you for the wonderful memories!!

From the Hill Country

We had an amazing experience and I'm not just taking about our time in the sand, sun and sea! That was great of course, but our stay at Sea Vista #409 was more than what we could have ever expected! We came prepared with items that we did not need! Everything we needed for our stay was provided. I was so impressed with the home-like feel of the condo. It was like we never home or magically had the beach placed in our backyard. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms and showers were excellent, the kitchen was fully equipped with all that we needed and the appliances were excellent. The view was spectacular and we were so close to the beach. When we checked in late Thursday night the attendant was very helpful and made the process super fast. We felt very safe and secure wherever we went even late at night. My entire family wanted for nothing during our stay other than more time away from work! Haha. Thank you from my family for the experience and WE WILL be back in the near future and recommend this place to our very large family!

Great two night stay at 3 bedroom beach condo.

Beautiful, well-maintained property. Huge bedrooms and kitchen with nicely updated fixtures. Some nice touches were: Flat screen tv in each room, I-home docking station in each room, balconies outside of 3 rooms (including living area), and a ton of little luxury items like beach chairs, a food processor, & even a margarita maker! Very friendly and straightforward booking process. My only complaints are that the master bedroom had no hot water for some reason so I had to shower in another bathroom, and the master bedroom had some sand on the bed. Since there are balconies in each room though, I thought maybe someone had just left the balcony open as they were cleaning or something. The property is right on the beachfront, so I wouldn't be surprised. One more thing to note is that a huge, ugly pipe was recently installed on this part of the beach, so at the time of my stay it was fully visible and ruined the awesome beachfront a bit. I believe this pipe now runs the length of the island though, so I"m not sure if there is anything to be done about that. Overall very pleasant stay. I will probably book this place again next time I stay at spi.

Great View and Great Space

My parents are Winter Texans and we were in the McAllen area visiting them. We decided to spend a few days at South Padre. There were 7 of us - my parents, me and my husband and our 3 kids. The sleeping arrangements were perfect. My parents took one bedroom, my husband and I took a bedroom and the kids took the room with the 2 queen beds. The kids actually got a great bedroom -- amazing view, their own bathroom and lots of space -- but they are teens and it was a great area for them to have their own space...and be messy! The kitchen was great. We only cooked breakfast there but we had everything we needed to prepare a great breakfast. It even includes a Keurig coffeemaker! It was an easy walk to the beach - out the condo, down the sidewalk and to the beach. The condo has an amazing view. My parents weren't interested in walking along the beach but they enjoyed sitting on the balcony, watching their grandkids and enjoying the beautiful view. Definitely would go back!

Great Ocean View

Recent stay was very enjoyable. Both Andy and Criss were extremely courteous and very customer friendly. And specific needs were quickly handled and local knowledge they provided was first class. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend using vacationrentalsouthpadre.
