Great apartment and location

This is one of the cleanest VRBOs I have stayed in. The host was very responsive to my questions. A fantastic location close to the airport and the light rail into Seattle. We stayed for 4 nights and were very comfortable. I will book this location again.

Short Stay In Seattle

Place is clean with new appliances. Host renovated part of their home into 2bedroom & 2 bath. Pictures of place is accurate. The address needs to displayed a little better from the street. The Apt is behind the garage.with its own entry with a key provided. Owner did let us share their enclosed gate parking, which they provided us with a gate opener.. Host responds quickly.Safeway and malls nearby.. Please note: You can hear the kids playing at times. There is only one tv in the living room. No ironing board or iron. But their is washer and dryer. Other than these few things. I would stay again here.if in Seattle

Minimal effort unit.

Before arriving I had to reach out to the host as there was no clear check in directions sent etc. We arrived for our 3 night stay and were a little disappointed in our findings. The unit was not overly clean. There was still some stuff left in the kitchen fridge and sink from the last visitors, as well as a beer under the bathroom sink There wasn’t a whole lot provided in the unit as far as the bathrooms and kitchen were concerned. There was 2 towels provided for the entire place, so we went and bought a few sets for our stay and left them there for the host. There was still laundry in the washer and dryer. The walls are extremely thin and you could hear the tenants of the house through the door. The noise started extremely early in the morning. The beds are like concrete. The unit says it has A/C but it could only be controlled by the host. It seems like this is a fairly new listing and the host is trying to make a quick dollar with very minimal effort put into the place. Definitely would not stay again.

Good nights sleep

This place is really nice and it's tucked away from main roads so you're not having to deal with busy traffic. The place was very clean and comfortable for my group, I think we were one of the first people to stay here. A few things I would say is that it says it has AC, but you cannot control it, it is controlled by the owner and it was very hot in the apartment. Also, the walls are very thin so you can hear people in the living area of the suit and you can hear the owners in the house. Overall it was a great place to stay for a few days and the host was very friendly!

A perfect stay

The location was exactly as described and conveniently located near the SeaTac airport, and only about 20 minutes from downtown Seattle. The host was always available with answers and further assistance. I would absolutely stay again and recommend all to book this property.
