Welcome to our cozy, sea-side lodge (with a neighborhood beach access) that's just one minute walk to the beach. This is a 1500 square ft home located in a quiet and serene area of Crystal Beach, Texas. The home can comfortably house 10 guests and includes 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. It is also dog (2 dogs max; max weight, 50lb each) and child friendly!



This home is perfect for family or company retreats, bachelor or bachelorette groups, or just a seaside getaway to escape the hustle and grind of regular, every day life. The space has been purposefully designed and curated - each furniture item, coastal-inspired decor, and nautical bespoke piece was individually chosen by our interior designer to create this beautiful seaside retreat.



INSIDE:

For our chefs and those who love cooking for a group, we encourage you to make use of our full-size kitchen including top of the line stainless steel appliances, newly installed kitchen cabinets, and a wide variety of kitchen items (including air fryer, crockpot, vegetable steamer, rice cooker, electric griddle for pancakes, waffle maker, 2 coffee makers, and baking accessories).



The space also includes a wet-bar, and we have all necessary table-ware and glassware (including wine glasses and copper mule mugs) at your disposal.



The living area features a 'U' shaped modular couch and plenty of floor space for board games, exercise, or simply lounging with family and friends in front of the 65-inch SMART TV. Plenty of natural light comes through the tall, expansive windows, allowing for a perfect view of the Beach.



We've also set up a reading nook or writing corner in the living area for those who enjoy morning journaling, writing, or reading - we hope you feel inspired by the spectacular view! Sometimes, you might be lucky to catch a view of Dolphins.



BEDROOMS:

All three bedrooms feature luxury linens and plenty of storage space. The master bedroom features a King size bed (with adjustable base) and an unobstructed view of the beach as well as his & hers chairs. Attached to the master bedroom is a full bathroom with a large bluetooth enabled mirror in the bathroom, as well as a standing shower. We're especially proud of the freestanding bathtub where you can relax, read a book, or wind down at the end of a long day exploring the town or out on the beach.



The second bedroom features 2 queen size beds (with adjustable base), a SMART TV, ample storage and a full length body mirror. And the third room features twin size bunk beds. Both rooms have access to a full bathroom (with shower) via the hallway. The U shape couch in the living room transforms into a queen size sofa bed and sleeps 2 adults comfortably.



PATIO + POOLS:

Enjoy the sea-side breeze, and the view on our outdoor patio on the first and second floors. Our private heated saltwater pool and heated jacuzzi spa is well-maintained and accessible at any time and at any hour. The second floor patio is an excellent spot to enjoy an early breakfast or quiet brunch.



OTHER FEATURES + NOTES:

There is a washer and dryer unit in the home as well as linens, bath towels, and beach towels. All of these items are complementary and are provided free of charge.



We should mention that our towels and linens are washed at high temperature for the safety of guests. Hygiene is very important to us and the entire house is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected each time a guest checks out.



The jacuzzi spa can be heated for 3 hours each day without any additional charges - (You need to request for this free spa heating service). Charges for propane will be applied for additional hours at the rate of $15 per hour. Please note that free heating service cannot be transferred from one day to another (e.g. if you don't request for free heating service for Day 1, you cannot then request for 6 hours free heating for Day 2 or any other day).



The swimming pool heating costs $20/hr. It takes about 4 to 5 hours to get the pool to optimum temperature of 85 degrees. Propane has become so expensive unfortunately, so there is no free heating for swimming pool.



Please note that the heater will not come on if the ambient temperature is less than 65 degrees. Also, guests are not allowed to touch the swimming pool equipment.



We deem it necessary to explain the pool and spa degrees and what it feels like to help to guests expectations.



An 85°F pool usually feels comfortable and mildly cool when you first get in, especially if the air temperature is lower or there’s a breeze. After a few minutes, most people adjust and it feels refreshing rather than cold. It’s a common temperature for regular swimming and is considered healthy and energy-efficient for pools.



A 99°F spa feels completely different on the body. It feels warm immediately upon entry and tends to relax muscles because it’s close to skin temperature (your body temperature is around 98.6°F). The water feels soothing, almost like a warm bath.



There is easy keyless access to the property and fast internet service provided by Starlink (the most reliable internet service provider on the peninsula). Please note that this service is not guaranteed (especially when it's raining heavily) but provided as complimentary service for your convenience.



We ask that you do not host loud parties and respect the quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am) so our neighbors can also enjoy the serenity of Crystal Beach.



Must be at least 25 years old to book.



Maximum occupancy of 10 must be strictly adhered to at all times to keep our guests safe! Smoking is prohibited and parties and events are not allowed. Fireworks are also prohibited.



Please note that there are external cameras on the property and they are recording.



Also, RVs are not allowed in the neighborhood.
