🌴 Your private Anna Maria Island escape awaits! Perfect for large families, groups, or wedding parties. Book Units A & B together to sleep 8–10 guests. Updated interiors, coastal décor, and shared access to a heated pool, jacuzzi, lounge area, grill, and outdoor dining space. Located in the heart of Holmes Beach, just a 5-minute walk to the Gulf beach, shops, restaurants, bars, and the free AMI trolley. The ideal spot to relax, explore, and make unforgettable memories.

Unit B has a master/queen bed, 2nd bedroom with full bed and pull out twin. Also a pull out full/queen sleeper sofa in living room. Unit A has a master with a King bed and a pull out twin/full sleeper sofa in the living room (All sofas are custom LazyBoy and all mattresses are high end upgrades. There are also tv's (smart tvs) in every room of both spaces.

Guests will have access to unit A and B and large pool/jacuzzi area only shared with one other building. Very peaceful and quiet as the property is private and only for guests use (no public access).

There is a trolley stop across the street and one trolley stop on the same side of the street. Trolleys run every 20 minutes and will take you up and down Anna Maria island from Cortez on the south to the city of Anna Maria island on the north end.. There is also a gorgeous beach across the street (5 min walk.) All beach supplies including umbrellas, chairs, towels and wagons are included for your use at no additional fee
