DAN8- This beachfront cottage is close to it all. Directly on the famed boardwalk about midway between the amusements and the inlet area, with a beach side sun porch for those breathtaking views! This cottage has an open concept living space in a million dollar location. Just 80 feet from beach access! 3 bedrooms with 1 bath, 1 car parking, sleeping for 6 easily, air conditioning units, outdoor shower & includes beach badges, 4 adult, 2 child! If you're looking for an amazing beach experience this affordable option is for you. Contact us for more details! Sorry no pets!
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
