Wonderful Stay

Nice Place

The house is beautiful! There are a lot of extra amenities and everything is so organized. We enjoyed the deck, the hammock and the outside shower. All of us enjoyed our stay!

Great Stay with Great Hosts

We had a wonderful time staying here! Penny and Scott were great hosts - available and responsive during our stay. They surprised us by having a bouquet of flowers waiting to celebrate my parents' 64th anniversary. As many other note, their home is well stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. We highly recommend staying here!

Lovely, well-maintained home! Everything in the house was clean, organized, and labeled. The hosts were excellent communicators and responded efficiently when we had questions. Exactly what our family was looking for during our stay on the Cape.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. As for ideas about improvements, the mattress on one of the beds was soft and one of the pillows was very flat. Also, we recommend that guests and owners together fill out and sign a check-in/check-out form.

Wonderful hosts. House was very clean, well organized and many amenities. Updated bathrooms, large completely stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The back deck was large and looked out to a spacious backyard. Family members loved the large outdoor shower. The property is centrally located. Highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic place. Clean. Updated. Comfortable. Enjoyed a nice family cook out with fire pit on our last night. Highly recommend the location as well. Outdoor shower was a plus! Especially from all the sandy beaches.

Everything you could ever need!

Property was exceptional. Well stocked is an understatement. And everything labeled just my kind of organization. Felt like home. Plenty to do in the area for my 18 year old and the 21+ kids. Would stay again.

Wedding Weekend on Oak st

We stayed here over our wedding weekend. This property is exactly as listed and more. Penny and Scott were easy to communicate with and provided so much more than listed. The house was in perfect condition and had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was the best part! This home has a special place in our hearts and we will absolutely be back. Thank you Penny & Scott!!

Cozy, clean, 5-star amenities

This was the perfect spot for our end of summer family get-away! Close to beaches, restaurants, stores, yet in a quiet street. The accommodations and amenities were truly 5-star. Fully stocked kitchen, fresh cut flowers, plenty of (soft) towels, and everything was super organized. I sooo appreciate this as we really didn’t have to buy much other than a few groceries. The outdoor shower was also fully stocked with shampoo and sugar scrubs… the perfect way to clean up after the beach while you sip a beverage on the back deck. We felt at home and our kids are already asking when we can come back.

Pristine &Clean!!

This Harwich home is remarkable,cleanliness and organized to the T!! It was so lovely ,the bedrooms decorated w/beach themes and colors ,lovely flowing white drapes. The deck was also lovely and relaxing, we'd take our morning coffee and breakfast out there and listen to birds(one of my favorite things to so..and try to seek them out.) I knew the house was nice but didnt expect all this,plus the spacious shower and 1/2bath.Our last morning the there were some turkey Moms and chicks on the front yard ..who then wandered to the back ..almost as if to bid us farewell. You wont forget your stay in this wonderful Cape home!!

Lovely, quiet home inside and out including the outdoor shower, backyard and deck. Well supplied kitchen. Easy to use air conditioning. Gracious host. Less than one mile from the rail trail.
