The condo was beautiful as well as the garden, pool and bbq area. It was nice to walk over the small sand dune to get to a beautiful quiet beach. We had Ohana in Maui cime visit on our last day and they were amazed at how comfortable everything was. We will definitely stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been staying at this particular property for several years during our family reunions. It has been wonderful. But, this last stay was not. I didn’t sleep well because of the bed not being firm enough. The air conditioner needs to be replaced. The back coil kept coming undone, and the top part blew off on top of my foot and bruised it. They used to be shampoo and conditioner under the sink. So bring your own because it’s no longer there. there is no simple green or cleaning supplies in case you spill something. Spiders on the wall in the bedroom. Four out of five lights in the kitchen went out. Once all of these issues are resolved, the Properly will be back to what I normally give it, which is five stars.

The kitchen appliances were newer and updated and working well. The kitchen was well stocked with just about anything you would need to cook or back. Microwave was above average. Convection oven was a plus! Three new Weber Genesis grills are available in a grilling area. Very nice feature. The bedroom is small. There is an A/C unit in bedroom. Bathroom is functional; but dated. Clean. The pool is awesome, especially if you like to swim laps like me. Beach is narrow but very picturesque. Nicest beach in Kihei, we think! Exterior and grounds are very well kept. Overall, a great value!

All the other units we've stayed in had updated walk-in showers, this one still has the original tub, and it needs a new toilet seat. It also could use new beach towels.

Great week on Maui

We had an amazing week here. The property manager was very responsive when we had an issue in the bathroom on our first day. We were out exploring and the issue was fixed by the time we arrived back at the unit. There is everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and ice packs. The pool was clean and the property was well kept. We will definitely be back!

Very relaxing

Very nice spot. Been here twice. It’s so nice to walk out to the beach although this winter took away much of the sand inside the water and exposed a bunch of rocks. The upside is that there were so many green turtles around and experienced them swimming right around your feet The beach is very nice with golden soft sand and some trees over beach for a perfect shade when you get hot. Good swimming spot just around the point to the left. Also had a sea lion basking in the sun on the beach. And a giant turtle sunning on the beach right behind condo. Beautiful grounds Great pool for kids for families and surprisingly very quiet Loved our stay

Walking distance to sunset and restaurants

The condo was very clean and neat! It contained everything we needed or wanted! The complex location was wonderful - kind of tucked away at the end of beach area. The pool, BBQ, and especially walking to see the sunset was AWESOME! The only reason I rated location 4 stars was this complex seemed to have big family groups taking up many units combining and it was loud - but a fun loud as it should be for family gatherings. It was just for the two of us on our 40th anniversary trip without our kids and grandkids, it wasn’t the atmosphere we were looking for. The complex is tightly packed in with little sound proofing. Would highly recommend this complex for family gatherings!! We would love to come back with our 4 kids and their families!

Great location

We were very impressed with the location and the beach. Everything is super convenient to get to, the parking was well lit and there was always a spot. The condo was in very good shape and well equipped!
