We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the property very much. I would have liked to have known about the seasonal limitations regarding the water - (which they had no control over) but we very much enjoyed the sunrises and spectacular thunder storms at night. The wash in of sea weed or what ever it was did not allow for us to utilize the kayaks. We had one issue with the grill which was immediately handled. We received a bottle of champagne which was a gracious touch.

Thank you Ronda. It was a pleasure to meet you and your group. Thanks also for your understanding regarding the seasonal sargassum. 2026 summer was unusually heavy oceanside. Nothing last year. It's mother nature who decides to send it or not and the host of birdlife who come to enjoy it if they can. Winter offshore breeze sends it all away. Please come see us again or try out one of our gulf side homes next time.

Thanks Madison. The municipality provides only one very large bin for garbage but they pick up twice per week. You need to put it out for pick up to work properly. Hopefully, next time.

Amazing house! The hosts are next door and were super helpful. They even brought coconuts over for us and a bottle of champagne. Things we loved about the house: the view, each bedroom had its own bathroom, the pool, kayaks, ping pong and corn hole. Everything was perfect for 3 couples from cold MN!

Our family had a wonderful trip. This place is beautiful! The pool, hot tub and entertainment areas are great. We all slept really well. If you’re a person who likes to sleep in, bring an eye mask, the sunrise will definitely wake you up. We traveled with a 2.5 and six month old. Our toddler had a blast. Roman was super kind and had beach toys and noodles for the pool ready for us. It’s a wonderful place to stay!
